      I have been getting phone calls from Tate and Kirlin Associates. They use different numbers and call at least 10-15 times daily. They never leave a message, until they left one at a previous employer. When I called back, the man swore at me and hung up on me. I was so upset. I called back again with the hopes that someone else would answer the phone. I had no such luck, it was the same guy and he was even more awful. I had to pay for an app to be installed on my phone to stop all of the phone calls. The calls are still coming in, but they are at least silenced. I want the phone calls to stop.

      Admitting no wrongdoing, as Tate & Kirlin Associates does not elave messages, and we had no contact from the consumer at all. We will no longer contact them about these account going forward.

      I have lived in NEVADA. I only lived in WASHINGTON and OREGON STATE. They said I owe and someone is using my ssn. Tate & Kirlin Associates, Inc is a SCAM,,,Please help

      I received a text from this company with minimal information and a case number which yielded no results in locating an account. I don't owe anyone anything anywhere. Inhave since reported this number to the FCC and have placed credit alerts with all 3 credit reporting agencies. I don't knownwhat scam they're trying to pull but they're barking up the wrong tree and legal action will be taken of they contact me again about a fake debt they're trying to scam me for.

      Dear Mr. Tate & Tate-Kirlin Senior Management: Please be advised that on multiple dates including 11/01/23, 11/13/23, and several previous contacts from your Collection agency after multiple harassing calls and text messages from Tate-Kirlin, I advised on several logged occasions the agent phoning/texting me to immediately remove my number from their database and to never contact me again regarding an alleged debt owed to ************** and/or ****************** You will note my distress when this agent stated that they were unable to remove me from their calling list as this is not a solicitation call", and I could only be removed once I made a payment of settlement as the alleged debt is owed regardless -- an abhorrent and illegal statement for debt collection practices. Said agent(s) then claimed to to take me off the call list, and hung up on me promptly -- only to receive another contact on 11/13/2023.At this time, this company is in direct violation of the FDCPA, meriting urgent resolution and compensation (as pursuant to FDCPA), prior to retaining counsel and contacting local media consumer advocates to aid in this matter's urgent resolution, as well as filing an immediate Grievance with the FTC  for review. Please advise senior management only to contact me urgently to confirm the removal of my information from any and all contact, as well as the requested compensation prior to all aforementioned civil and media engagement actions. Thank you kindly in advance.

      Tate and Kirlin Associates are attempting to get me to pay over $14000 for a credit card I never had. I talked to an "associate" in INDIA. He kept saying the company was in PA, but they were outsourced to take calls. They didn't have my address or social security number correct. It's a total scam and they need to be shut down.

      I received a text message stating that this Notice from Tate & Kirlin Associates, a debt collector. Call us at ************ or visit TKAPAY.NET and use Ref#********. Reply STOP to stop SMS. I don’t have an account with them then when I click on the website it has my address but o have no idea who’s phone number is listed because it’s not mine nor is it the number they texted.

      I am being contacted by this company will not say what they do or what the call is in regards to but leaves a voicemail to pay. I have received nothing in the mail from this company.

      A Fraud business scam to get people to give up their rights. A business that produces absolutely nothing (how can that be business?) These pretending agents go out and BUY a debt which they think gives them the Right to come after you! It doesn't work that way people, did you sign an enforceable contact with The Tates and Asssociates? I would guess that you did'nt. Therefor if you do not have a contract with them, then the only thing they are is Mafia. Don't bother with the Validation letters, they are brothers and sisters in the same scam! This is simple! Do I have written contract with you? If the stated document is presented of the so called original, where is your signature on that? One party Can Not sell an agreement to a 3rd party WITHOUT the original signee agreeing to that, hence null and void.
