  Complaint about this business: Big Joe's Auto Sales 2301 Lincoln Hwy, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053 (215) 245-5300 One of the salespersons of this person listed selling of Honda Accord 2017 on Facebook. I reached out to the seller and purchased a car in cash. He told me that car is already inspected and registered in PA. I trusted him and paid him money after drive test. When I went to register the car in my name in PA, I learned that the seller has signed in the wrong place, also seller and buyer must be present for Notary. I called the salesperson but no reasonable response. I drove back to their location. The lady “Ferry” at the office took my ID and registered the car to my name. She told me because of the wrong signatures, she will issue temporary Tags but later on, they will mail me the corrected Title and Tags. Here are the issues I faced. 1) They asked me to pay an additional fee to fix the Title and paid the additional fee $100 but still no response and still waiting for the revised Title on my name. 2) They had used fake inspection Tags. I visited a car shop “**** **** **** * **** ******* located at *** * ****** ***, Chalfont, PA *****” for inspection verification. He told me the Safety/registration inspection Tags were fake. The car failed the inspection. 3) I did spend around $668 and $900 for fixing and repairing the car. These repairs were mandatory for inspection. 4) This business issues fake Tags and fake inspection stickers. They buy accidental cars and sell them out using fake inspection stickers. I want from them: 1) Title 2) Refund for the repairs.

  This customer didn't buy directly from Big Joe's Auto Sales. This sale occurred outside of the dealership with third party, we just process tag & titles. Since, title has signatures at wrong place and required new (Duplicate title) to process for registration. As soon we received correct title, we process registration and mailed out to customer. attached is the copy of their registration. Big Joe's has nothing to do with this car sales, still we tried our best to help & honor customer's issue. Moreover, we have cut off all these third party seller who are doing bad business under our name. Future reference, if anyone try to sell under Big Joe's Auto Sales please first contact dealership to verify otherwise Big Joe's won't be responsible for any conflict or concern later on.
