    I thought I was purchasing a car, was told that I was approved given the car after giving my down payment, only to be mislead about getting the car service so they could take it back, bc the loan was denied days later, while I was with my child. I was told that they had just received the information but the paper I was sent was time stamped for 9 am so instead of them expressing that too me and asking me to come back to the office they baited me in with getting the car serviced,the car was said to not have been in any accidents but once I ran a car fax it said other wise, they only use Experian for their car checks and that’s not accurate, they are selling lemons and salvaged title cars for way over the valued price. Oh I was told I could not get my deposit back and have been calling and emailing and fighting with them to return my money as they have received their car back. This is the worst place to do car business with, they get people to write a review while you’re sitting there but they never follow up with that review. Sherri is horrible & they will literally do whatever to try and get a sale so they can receive a check from the back. I will be filing a small claims against them I don’t care if I put a dollar down I want my money back, I won’t stop until I get my $500 back.
