We brought our vehicle in that showed a ***. We ended up trying these guys and I've never regretted something so much in my life. We asked while they had it to also complete the state inspection. They had the vehicle for approximately a week. During that time we received no updates until the day before we came to pick up the car. Over the phone they explained they had to replace several items and quoted us just under 3k. I was frustrated we weren't told about the work before it was performed, but figured if the car needed it then okay. However, when we picked up the car, the invoice was several hundred dollars more than discussed on the phone. Whatever. They told us we'd have to come back after driving it for awhile to get the inspection stickers. Paid no problem. The next day, the *** comes back on. We call them and immediately bring it back. The second time they had our car for another week. This time I called them at the end of the third day to inquire as to what the issue was. The said the determined the parts they put in the previous week were faulty and when disassembling the work they discovered more issues. A week later, we got the car and paid another 1500. At this point we are 4500 down. For 2 weeks we had 0 issues. Then, the *** comes back on with the same code we paid them only 2 weeks ago to repair. This final time they said they needed to reprogram the computer in the car and wouldn't charge us for labor but we'd have to pay the computer fee and they noticed some bolts missing. However, we already paid that last time. We decided to not fuss and accepted it. However, they said they had to wait to give the car back because it would be a few days for the bolts. After a week, they called saying they were unable to get the *** to go away but discovered a new problem. We just paid 200 this time. After almost 5k and a month of back and forth, the original problem we requested they investigate is still not resolved.

Rude, Condescending, Dishonest, Exploitative I recently purchased a 2000 C5 Corvette out-of-state and took it to Autodoctor last month for a PA inspection. Ron informed me that everything was perfect on the car and if I ever run into trouble, he can perform the best work and the best rates. So when my alternator died 2 weeks later, we had it towed to Auto Doctor. Ron called me in the next morning and told me it was the alternator and it would be $1000 for a new one, and $500 for an "upgraded refurbished" alternator. Before labor of course. I was very confused as brand new alternators from chevrolet are $300-$400. I called Patriot Chevy Of Warminster just up the street, and they confirmed the part INSTALLED would be $500. Ron was charging $700 for an "upgraded refurbished" part. I asked Ron if I could just have the car towed away, and he told me only if I paid his $150 "diagnostic fee". I called Ron back and asked him to put in a BRAND NEW alternator from Advanced Auto Parts, which were $150-$250 with warranty. Ron told me he "doesn't use Autozone parts" and that if I can't afford the "upgraded" parts then I QUOTE "shouldn't be driving a Corvette". I told Ron the Chevy DEALER quoted me $200 less for a brand new alternator. Ron didn't have an answer as to why. Frustrated and just wanting my car back, I politely told Ron to do the job after generously giving me a 3% discount. Later that day, the car was done and I picked it up. After inspection the Alternator Ron put in, it looked like it came right from the junkyard. Rust is visible inside. Pictures included. I then looked up the Part number to see if Ron actually "upgraded me". To my horror I find the exact same GM alternator online for $264 BRAND NEW. Pictures included below. I was confident that Auto Doctor Of Warminster would be a fair, honest shop to take my car to as Ron owns a Corvette himself. Clearly Ron had no interest in gaining a customer, but took advantage of a kid to make his $500 profit. Pathetic
