      I ordered two pet beds from this company, and I never received them. I contacted their customer service sever times and received 2 responses. Both from [email protected]. They said they would investigate and pass along my order number to their fulfillment team. I never heard anything from them after that email. "Hello Con, You're most welcome! We will keep you posted. Furthermore, I have escalated your order and contacted our fulfillment team to check on it. It is still on fulfillment status. However, we are doing our best to expedite the shipping of your order despite the pandemic. I will get back to you with the tracking details as soon as it's available. Thank you for your patience and understanding!"

      Ordered and paid for a dog bed online. The bed never arrived. When asked via email a status I was told due to COVID it was delayed. After half a dozen more emails back and forth the product still has not arrived and no further contact has been made.

      I paid $75 for a dog bed that was supposed to be buy 1 get 1 free and I never received my order. I emailed them multiple times asking for a refund and they assured me it was just delayed do to covid and manufacturing delays so they wouldn't refund my money.

      Summary: I never received the order I placed for $84.99 pm on 12/4/21, or the refund I requested on 1/19/22. Dec. 4, 2021: I placed an order with Bark Beds Online (***** ***** for $84.99). Jan. 19, 2022: I emailed asking where my order was. Bark Beds replied the order was delayed and that they would issue a full refund if I cancelled my order. I replied I would like to cancel. Jan. 21, 2022: The said they would forward my request to their refunds team so they can process the cancellation. I never heard from Bark Beds again and at some point their email address was no longer valid.

      I ordered two dog beds in November of 2021 and I am yet to receive the beds. I reached out to them a couple months after not receiving the beds and their response was that they would update me when shipping was available. We are coming up on a year now, and I still haven't received the beds. $84 per bed is a lot of money!

      On 11/13/2021, I placed an order for two dog beds from BarkBeds that totaled $84.99. To date, I have yet to receive my order or the refund I requested numerous times over a six month period when my order was never received. I sent email correspondence to the email provided on their website and requested that I be called with an update, but I was always told in writing that either my order or my refund was on the way. Neither of which have been received in the last 8 months.

      Hello, I ordered a Bed from BarkBeds last year of 2021. I did not receive the product and have repeatedly emailed them first for a status on delivery and then many times for a refund. This has been going on for close to a year and since I never received the product I would like a full refund from them. Thank you for your help with obtaining the refund. *******

      I ordered a medium size dog bed through this company and paid for expedited shipping . It was buy one get one free. Order was on June 8 th . I have still not received the beds and can't reach the company.

      I ordered 3 dog beds on October 27, 2021. Never received them. I have emailed them several times about beds or money back. They just keep saying order is being processed and will send email with tracking information! Never have received beds or refund!!!!

      I purchased a dog bed from Bark Beds in December 2021. This purchase was online stating buy one get one free with purchase. My debit card was charged 94.00 for the beds and I never received my purchase. I contacted this business asking when my beds would arrive and was told I would be sent tracking when they were sent. I can no longer contact this company and I would like a full refund.
