      I ordered 2 dog bed on 12/15/21 from Barkbeds.com. They advertised on Facebook. They sent me a thank you email. I have replied to the thank you email and they have answered always blaming COVID. I have asked for my 65.00 back or the product and i haven't received anything.

      I ordered a bark bed for my dog in November of 2021. I paid $70. It has not arrived. I have sent emails and received apologies and promises but still no product.

      2 pet beds ordered, buy one get one, from Bark Beds 12/11/21, cost of $64.99 charged to my credit card and despite attempts to find out where my items are I was told they were in "fulfillment " stage and now no response to contact about items or request for refund.

      I ordered from Bark Beds on 11/8/2021. I paid 94.99 and o**** * ** *** I have never received what I ordered. I have emailed them several times. Each time I was told it was on its way! Finally after several months I asked for a refund. I haven’t heard from them since my request for a refund

      I ordered a dog bed online in November. I received an order number but had to inquire about a shipping date several times before they acknowledged me. I still have not received my bed. I paid $65 and still have not received anything.

      I ordered 2 Large Comfy Calming dog beds on Feb. 18, 2022. I paid this business $54.99. I have never received them. The email from them states my order is ***** I cannot contact this business, I found them on Facebook.

      My order was placed on Nov. 23, 2021. I purchased two pet beds for $39.99. I requested to cancel my order and get a refund Jan. 2022. I have emails promising a refund up until March 6th when both the email address and website disappeared.

      Purchased a $74.00 dog bed through this company on November 17th, 2021. I did receive a confirmation email shortly after purchase with a standard shipping date. I had not received any further information for over a month as to where the product was in the process. I emailed the company in December asking for information as to the product. The company responded within a few days saying giving a generic description that the product was "being processed by the fulfillment team." After a week went by, I sent another email asking if the item was not to ship in the next week, to please cancel the order. They replied describing delays due to covid and to please wait an additional 5 - 7 business days for shipment. I waited another month and sent another inquiry via email on Jan 19th. I requested that if the product was not guaranteed to be shipped by the end of the month, to please refund. I got another generic response saying it is "still on fulfillment status" and they would try to escalate the order. Once again, I waited another few weeks. When I still did not get any shipment information, I sent another email on Feb 7th asking for status of the product. Again, I was told it was "in fulfillment status." Emails continued similar to this back and forth for another month. Finally, after 4 months of waiting I asked for a full refund and cancelation on March 11th. They replied that the request was being processed and the would notify me when the refund went through. I still have not received any refund and they have stopped answering my emails when I have further inquiry.
