I was accused of stealing a duvet and pillow out of my room and charged 50.00 dollars. I want a refund and the manager, ****, should be fired for poor customer service and disrespect.Initial Complaint

I booked a ******* room for my girlfriend and I to celebrate our anniversary. Last night on June 17,2023. The bedsheet hasn’t been washed or changed. It had old lip stick mark on them. We saw two small cockroaches walking around and the faucet From the ******* fall off. I neeeded to fix myself. My girlfriend and I didn’t feel clean and comfortable to sleep in our room or in this hotel. So we decided to leave and go home. I wasted $237 and my time coming here. I’m so ****** and disappointed in this hotel ! I spoke to the desk guy he said he can’t help me. He only give me a email to send a mail to that’s allInitial Complaint

This place was the dirtiest most disgusting place I've ever stepped foot in. The soap was moldy - had to buy my own. The ******* was FILTHY had to get the staff to clean, which they did with chemical cleaner and only spot cleaned while stepping in the tub with their bare feet. "game room" was 2 claw machines next to a bucket collecting debris and liquid from the hole in the ceiling. No pool access, stains on couch, chairs, and bed. Breakfast was a loaf of bread next to a toasted and some shares drink containers. I tried to get my $36 refund for the "cleaning" fee which was denied. While he was denying me, I pointed tot he rug outside of my room COVERED in dirt, like it had never been vacuumed. The air conditioner was broken. I just left with my husband, while the guy screamed at us on our way out of the empty parking lot - we were the only ones there. Luckily, I booked through ******.com and they were able to move us free of charge. This place NEEDS to be shut down. I've since found criminal activity related to this family and entire websites. Many reviews say people called cops, staff stole from their rooms. Just simply SHUT IT DOWN! It has been years of these people running this slump and robbing their customers.Customer response

I would like to be refunded for my $36 fee that I was charged upon arrival for a clean room, when the room was filthy. I would also like for License and Inspections to do a thorough report on this business and shut it down. It is a disgrace, as you will see from all the complaints and reviews.Initial Complaint

The bathroom had black mold all over the ceiling. This is a health hazard and this place is not safe to stay in. Until the hotel remediates the black mold issue they should not let people stay there! We saw the mold and knew how hazardous it is to our health and left the hotel within the hour.Initial Complaint

The fridge didn’t work it stunk so bad it about made us puke. Got in around 1:00 am. The curtain was broke when we stepped in the door . Very poor service I tried to fix the curtain .lady behind the counter manager was really rude I’m actually out of town a lot and I was staying at the Quality but I won’t do that no more and neither will my crew. Got accused of smoking marijuana I don’t even smoke cigarettes. No breakfast worth a ****. Nothing was out. We paid cash and gave them 200 and he didn’t have change so he said he would give it back in the morning and wouldn’t return any of it.Initial Complaint

11/12 booked to stay. Arrived and checked in. Hotel itself smelled moldy and musty. After checkin was told pool was closed due to no chemicals and was also told no breakfast. Which we anticipated. Room was in serious disrepair. Tv non working. Blood stain in a wall. Numerous holes in wall. Shower was leaking behind the wall and all over bathroom floor. Bugs crawled out of exhaust fan and filled room: roaches, ladybugs and stink bugs. We brought issue to front desk and he offered to move to another room, however roaches were crawling out of exhaust fan implying they are all thru the ventilation system. Hotel refused refund or even partial refund even though we only were there less than hourBusiness response

Hotel not moldy at all. On our ************* web side "POOL CLOSE" from long time. All room TV woks, if it's not we can fix it. There is no blood mark any our room. We did check back of the wall no shower leak. There are no bugs crawled out because during hot weather you can see bug but in cold you not going to see any bug. Our front desk offer another room. Guest used the room.
So sorry room book from 3ed party and paid to the 3ed party, we an not offer.
