      They are sending me 20 emails a day from different email addresses. ALL of which I'm NOT interested. I have unsubscribed them SEVERAL times. My bank has put my account on FRAUD ALERT after they wanted to charge me ONLY a DOLLAR to get information about Diabetes Care. My bank made me aware this UCS had tried to steal an unauthorized amount of $19.99; whereas, my bank reported a SCAM ALERT. I believe this really upset UCS; so, they're trying to upset the WRONG person by sending me ANY/ALL types of B.S. I DO pay attention and I KNOW what's up. I'm trying to be nice going through BBB first. If this is not satisfied within a reasonable amount of time (TODAY); this company will be VERY sorry that they have engaged in BUSINESS BATTLE with me. Thank you for your time.

      This is a reply to a complaint received from ******* *****. The complaint states UCS has attempted to bill $1.00 for Diabetes Care and $19.99 for some other service, which is not described in the complaint. UCS does not bill $1.00 or $19.99 for any products it offers. UCS is not in any business that has anything to do with Diabetes Care. UCS is a closed loop shopping club for customers to order products through our websites as described on all of our websites. We have used the information provided in the complaint to opt out the email in UCS's systems and have also forwarded the email address to all of our marketing partners to do the same.

      I want to cancel this credit card I am not interested and I never applied for it. It has been taking $19.95 out of my bank account for 3 months now and I want my money back.

      ******* signed up for the account 2/18/2021 and we have not received any communication to cancel the account. We have cancelled the account and issued a refund for the 3 billings the customer requested.

      I thought I was applying for a credit card but it wasn't and this company keeps taking 19.96 out of my checking account every month I did not authorize this. I would like my money returned please . I am being scammed.

      We have issued a refund for all monies that were deducted from the time of the customer signing up. The website clearly states the fees and the terms and conditions cover what the program entails and clearly states this is not a major credit card.

      Unique Card Service • offers a credit card free of fees, easy shopping online, I never have received a notification that they had been given authorization or permission from myself; to pull funds from my bank account. They have a suite that gives you a restored of credit damage helping you to regain good credit, I never received a application to apply for the card, I did give authority and sent my bank account information for the $1.00 promotion. The one dollar was never taken, after that I never received anything from them until I got my bank account statement. These transactions were never authorized 7/26/21 at 1:05am $29.95 was taken out my account 8/27/21 at 4:47am $21.94 was taken out my account The $1.00 wasn’t taken because it doesn’t show on my statement. When I’ve tried to reach out to this company I never received a reply, they don’t have a a number to call, the address will non existent or no such address. It’s only $51.00 but with everything going on I need my money.

      08-18-2021 I applied for a credit card, come to find out $29.95 was deducted from my account. I'm not satisfied with the outcome. I made a call and a lady came on answering the phone. I explained the situation and requested a refund. She only took my name and how much for the refund. She was rude. She "Quote" we will refund you only $19.95 and $10.00 is not refundable, for application fee, she Quote. The business is not being honest and very rude. I asked to be refunded the whole $29.95. never have I went through a customer service that is bad and being dishonest. Thank you

      August 6, 2021 Unique Card Services took $29.95 off my Bank of America account without providing ANY SERVICES TO ME. I DO NOT HAVE A CARD FROM THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY PUT BACK ON MY CARD IMMEDIATELY.

      This is a response for the complaint we received. The transaction has been voided and no monies were taken. This is an online account. You would not receive anything in the mail from our company. Everything is online and you would have received an email stating how to utilize your account.

      I have contacted this company many times to talk too them about my credit card being charged for there services and that my identity has been stolen and the account was opened up fraudulent and they need to close it and stop charging my credit card there monthly fees and reimburse me for all of there charges and I've got no response from them all they do is hang up and the account is still open and they still are charging me for there services the first charge was for $29.95 and there after its been $21.94 it has been almost a year I've been trying to resolve this they can send me a check for the reimbursement cause I will be closing this charge card out again it's my third card they have done this to and I would just like my money back your looking at around $ 3000.00 these people have taken from me for an account that was open fraudulent. Thank you

      This is a response for Case ID ********. We received a complaint from ******* ***** stating she has contacted our company many times to talk to us about her credit card being charged and that her identity being stolen. Ms. ***** was requested her account being closed and getting a refund for all fees that were charged to her account. 
      We did receive a phone call from Stephen stating he didn't know anything about this account. When the customer service agent stated it was signed up for by Ms. ***** on 7/2/2021 he stated she was authorized to utilize the payment method. At this time Stephen being yelling and screaming at the customer service agent. We cancelled the account and issued a refund for all monies that were billed to the account. 
      We consider this case closed. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.
