      Keystone Collections has been an absolute pain to work with on tax filings. Their website support is crappy especially considering the expected high volume of traffic around the filing deadline. I have ran into issues with their site every year. Our localities in ** really need to find a new tax servicer.

      Incorrectly garnished wife's wages despite having correct documents a year ago. When contacted, had to fax them, speak to a person, get a callback from a supervisor, contact my STATE REP just to get them to fix it. They still have not refunded the money they stole. Terrible company.

      Continue to get tax bills for a district I no live in, after sending documentation year after year that proves I no longer live there. Harassment, year after year, something needs to be done about these people, it's unbelievable to have go through this every year.

      Why am I getting a notice for the 2021 tax year in 2024? Not only that but the $20 that I had to pay then has now accumulated interest so Im paying $111.37 now simply because they did not notify me earlier. I have had multiple issues with this collection group over the years simply because of their lack of communication. I am of the belief that it is more than abhorrent, and it is malicious to extort more money. Shame on Keystone collections shame on PA for supporting this type of business

      Their customer service department is incompetent and aggressively hostile. I've been hung up on twice just today, and I'm actually trying to pay my account. The issue is my balance is incorrect, I've submitted the paperwork to correct it, it's been 44 days now and is still "in review." If I could log in myself, I could gladly correct the issue in 10 mins but instead I'm stuck in purgatory racking up interest and late fees while my account is still "in review." **************** agents can't answer specific or even general questions, I think contributing to both my and their frustration. I'm currently contacting my local tax collector just so they can have my complaint on file in case there is an avenue to use a different vendor for our income tax collection in the future. I would love for our borough to no longer provide a source of income to this business.

      Been harassing me for years. I made the mistake of paying them once and now they harass me for the few years I lived in ********** and most of the time period I lived out of state. Every year they harass me for Ive already paid the local tax and send them proof every single month. They kept harassing me about 2020 and more recently they just inquired about 2018 not even saying I owe anything just asking for my documents on it (trying to Nickle and time wherever they can), once I sent them my documents they now month after month say I owe for 2018 even though I send them proof that 1 I didnt live in state the full year, and 2 paid local taxes that year. Its harassment thats non stop. Looking into getting legal help because I just no longer want to deal with the harassment anymore. Especially me constantly sending documentation proof and it blatantly being ignored so they can nickle and dime me.

      Trying to be a good tax paying American I filed my local earned income taxes for CM school district on 3/23/24 . After researching and reviewing I learned that my pension from Pennsylvania state employees retirement system (PA. SERS ) is exempt from all state and local taxes . I submitted a amended tax return on 3/29/24 along with the paperwork from PA SERS showing that my pension is tax exempt.I contacted Keystone collections by phone a couple weeks later to make sure they had everything they needed to complete my mistake and refund my money. Iwas told that it was in the computer system and could take up to 60 days . I waited patiently for another month and contacted them again with same reply 60 days . Whenever I contact them it is always at least a 35 minute wait time before I reach a agent and they all keep telling me that I have to wait my turn in order in which it was received. It was now been 75 days and I am still without my mistaken refund of over $700. Keystone only contacted me twice , once on 3/29/24 to let me know I needed to file a amendment and a text on 5/20/24 saying if they need anything else they will contact me .It is now 6/12/24 and I am still at a loss. I live on a pension month to month and in this economy having my $713.91 back in my account would be very helpful.They should just do the right thing and give me back my rightful money .** ****** 6/12/24

      This agent is not descent at all and act on as a fraud group and keep sending me the delinquent tax for the year that that I did not live in the area. And I am not sure why there is such place exist or there is any place to *** them. There is no rating for them. They should not exist.

      Unprofessional, files false claims. They claim that you have not filed taxes when you actually have.
