On my way home from a family trip on the weekend of July 25th,2021 my van broke down in on the highway near Waynesburg PA. I had my van towed to *** ***** in Waynesburg for repairs. *** ***** determined that it needed a new transmission which is a repair I could not afford. My family and I rented a car and returned home to Ohio where I began to look for a tow company that would towed my van back to my local dealership in Springfield Ohio. After a week of internet searching I found Loyalty Towing out of Jefferson Hills, PA. I spoke to a man who said he was the owner named Nick V******* who said they would do the tow for a total of $650.00. On August 2nd 2021 I sent him the requested deposit of $200.00 through cash app. He said he would call me when the tow was happening and I would need to send him the remainder of the balance($450.00) when they pick up the vehicle. I gave very specific instruction on who they need to speak to at the dealership, the hours they can get the van, the plate number and description of the Van. I made it very clear they need to get the van key from the service department. On August 3rd,2021 I received a call from Nick saying the van was being moved so I sent him the $450.00 through cash app. The Van never arrived. After a week of excuses including Nick V******* claiming they got the wrong van, I told him I no longer wanted to do business with them and requested a refund. I towed the Van back myself using a Uhaul. Nick V******* said he would send the moneyback right away but I have not received it. Nick even said he would give me a extra $200.00 for my troubles which I also have not recieved. Nick V******* said I need to sign a letter he emailed to me on August 16th 2021 to get my refund. I did that on the same day and still received nothing. After months of broken promises and repeated text and phone conversation I have yet to receive my refund. As of November 9th 2021, after saying he would meet me and not, he has stopped communication.Initial Complaint

**** ******** owner of Loyalty Towing has had my truck since Aug 28, 21. I have since paid him to fix my truck with specific parts that needed to be done. Since he has had my truck I have paid over 2.3k for my truck to be fixed and I have not seen it since. Right now it is Nov 29, 21. It has been 3 months and he has not tried to comply with me at all. I have call logs of how many times I have tried to reach him but no answer. There are text messages that show I have paid this man even BEFORE he had done the work to my car. Whenever Mr. ******** actually answers the phone he gives me a run around answer for when my truck is going to be done and has been adding on unnecessary work to my truck. He has even been very disrespectful at points hanging up the phone in the middle of conversation. When I question him on where my truck is or how far along his progress has come, he has told me he's taking higher paying jobs, or that he doesn't know when my truck will be done although I've already paid in full for my truck. Mr. ******** has also threatened me, saying that he would take my car out of his shop because he wanted to work on another car, even though I've paid him all of the money before the work was even done to my truck. At this point I want to report just the bad business that he has done for the past couple months and I want to attempt to get my truck back finally finished and in my possession.
