  Do not order from tire chain.com
  I ordered four tire chains and four tire chain spider tensioners
  Of which all 4 chain were wrong size and two of the four spider tensioners weren’t shipped at all product were researched sizes ordered should have matched my tires but didn’t.
  So within one hour of opening the package, it was taped back up a refund was requested, and all products were to be sent back. The next day I called tire chain customer service to confirm that the email had been received. Because they won’t do a return over the phone.
  Like many other people, I had to wait multiple days. Send many emails to find out what was happening all of which were unanswered. My phone number was apparently blocked so I could no longer call. The first communication wasn’t a communication at all. It was returned shipping labels that were requested with no instructions Out of the 10 emails that I had sent I received two responses
  Now I am currently waiting for a refund. They have had the returned Call packages for well over a week , and are claiming that they cannot process a refund because I have requested a dispute charge and a charge back.
  after having talk to synchrony bank. They are telling me that this company can refund the money freely and the dispute will be dropped naturally.
  yet tire chain is claiming that because of the chargeback they can’t refund the money and I have to wait for the dispute to run its natural course. This is a very sad company.
  If you order from this company, I can only assume the same will happen to you. I read the reviews before ordering and had hoped that it wasn’t a normal thing, but apparently it is you can look forward to
  wrong and missing items.

  Waiting for resolution and refund
  Almost No communication if any
  If you decide to order from this company, which I suggest you don’t do not use debit card, use a credit card so that you have at least some protection

  Unpleasant Experience with Fraudulent Orders and ********************* I recently had a disheartening experience with tire chains.com that I feel compelled to share. Initially, my order for a set of chains for my truck went smoothly. However, my satisfaction took a nosedive when, four days later, another order for four additional sets of chains was placed fraudulently under my name (who needs that many chains anyways) When I reached out to tire chains.com for assistance, the communication abruptly ceased when I requested a return shipment label and assurance of no restocking fees for the unauthorized order. Frustratingly, their response was lacking, leaving me no choice but to involve my credit card company to secure a refund.To my dismay, tire chains.com not only blamed me for the fraudulent order but also issued only a partial refund, neglecting the inconvenience and frustration I endured throughout this ordeal. Such poor customer service and lack of responsibility are deeply disappointing.I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others considering transactions with tirechains.com Noticing that there are other reviews on this website. I wish I had seen this first. I wouldve chose to purchase somewhere else.
