    My policy had to be canceled because our car was damaged beyond repair so my warranty with Concord was canceled and I was told that we would receive a refund within 30 days. We never received the refund so I called requesting a status. I was told it would be Zelled to me on 10 days. I didn't happen. I called back. Concord customer service then stated I would receive my refund by mail in the next 10 days. No refund again. Next I was told we will receive our refund by the end of the month. No refund. Do not buy a warrenty from Concord. They are fraudulent ripoffs and should not be in business.

    Do not BUY I just had my AC compressor go bad and it cost me more than the warranty paid. And then was told they were going to refund me some of what I paid and never received anything! and they will not pay for oem parts.

    Purchased a policy with concord auto protect in March 2024. Changed my mind 4 days after and asked for a full refund as per policy. No news and no refund. Those people are thieves. Stay away as much as you can

    Beware! This company is a complete scam! Stay far away! I purchased their premium contract a couple of years ago, and when I finally needed to use it this past July, the experience was awful. They refused to let the dealer use OEM parts and took 45 days to send a replacement part from "Rock Auto." They kept telling us the part was on backorder. As expected, the part was junk and didnt work in my 2012 Infiniti M37.When I reported the issue, they asked for a video showing the problem... but it's a steering rack! It has no assist and feels like I'm driving a semi-truckextremely stiff. After countless calls, messages, and emails (you can never get ahold of a manager or the adjuster), they finally sent an local adjuster to the shop. Now, I've been waiting for the adjusters report for two weeks. Absolutely frustrating! I just want my money back!

    Purchase a Warranty for 2K paid in advance for my ****************************************************************** the refund would be prorated cancelled policy in FEB 2024 still waiting a refund for something I never used - mgmt msolomon does not answer emails and promises payment but nothing is never proceed or recd...

    Be careful on choosing extended warranty company and dont trust Concord Auto Protect. They won't keep their ************ is almost been 6 mos. I haven't received my reimbursement for the parts I paid ahead and will be reimbursement supposed to. Even manager, ******* ******** wont reply or call back.

    My wife cancelled her polocy 45 days ago as she sold her car and was waiting for her prorated refund. It is now September 10 2024 and we are still getting the runaround from these people. Telling us we are way down in the cue. Well I am warning everyone do not do business with these people. They are a fraud and will take your money right out from under you. They sound like a boiler room operation. They owe her $1,075.00. We will up date this as we go. Her policy *******. This was done all by the rules of the contract. Thank you. I will keep you updated

    I had bought three policies and then cancelled them . The company sent me an email telling me what my refund would be and I agreed with that. I have yet to receive my refund. I have spoken to the head of the company at the number they transfer me to. I even received an email saying it was mailed out. I still have not received it and it has been over 3 months now since i formally and legally cancelled. Please do not use this company. I have emailed them at least 4 times as well as called and left message and have not been called back.
