I was charged 2 times for ******. It was to do a trial of 50 Magazines. When the girl called me to set up the account, she wanted me to check a box to accept the terms of agreement. I noticed it was to have recurring billing and at ****** and change. She said she would call me back after she corrected it. I didn't hear back, so the next day, I called to cancel and told them to refund my money, and that the ***** took my card number and charged me 2 times. They refunded me one time, and I have called and spoke to 3 other people, all putting me on hold to talk to a hire up. One said it was in review and the next said I would see the refund in then next 3-5 days. It has gone on 10 days and still no refund. I will now have to blast that they stole this money from me, and make them look bad on social media. I will be calling again, and everyday thereafter if needed. They are an awful business and should be ashamed that they steal from people!Review from Rachel B

I recently came across this company on ********. They reached out to me and I set up a first subscription with them. Afterwards I came across all of these bad reviews on ****** and BBB. I contacted them and told them that I felt uncomfortable with continuing forward. They easily agreed to refund my money. **** and ******* were both very helpful and understanding.Review from Ali H

So far so good! I am not super good at keeping in contact with all my previous customers. This product is classy, professional and industry appropriate. I love the quality of these magazines. Being able to customize it makes it even better. I have actually received phone calls from my clients with great excitement in receiving them. The set up process was very clearly communicated and the sales support has been extremely professional. I love the text and email reminders of my due dates to get in any changes I may want. I found this feature to be VERY HELPFUL! I plan on continuing with this valuable service. Being that the magazine product has gone so well, I am going to test drive their lead generation and social media marketing management. That's another area I have no experience and need it to be handled as tastefully as the magazine service. Fingers crossed. I will update you in 6 months.Review from Jeff C

Met a rep at trade show and honestly I really liked the product and was thinking this could be useful. Here we are two weeks later and they can't set up my profile. I know whatever the issue is it has to be on thier end and not mine. It should not be this hard for just a simple set up. The product is great but if you can't deliver whats the point. I do have a back up company in the even this doesn't work out

I have been trying to cancel my account with Reminder Media for 2 days. They refuse to help me. They told me, they can't cancel, that I need to wait for a call from a marketing specialist. The marking specialist does not call. Today I was told my account would be cancelled by the end of the day, that these things take time and I need to not be anxious. It was not cancelled by the end of the day. I hate companies that use auto pay. I have been burned several times, and I guess this is just another company that will continue to take as much from me as possible.Review from John K.

Reminder Media is amazing! The last 3 listing appointments I have been on from my sphere all have had the Good to Be Home and American Lifestyle Magazine sitting in plain site. This was a text sent to me from one of my clients a couple of days ago! Unreal! "I just have had this on my heart to tell you that it is very evident in how you approach life that you have those priorities aligned and we have talked about it as well. I wanted to let you know I am very proud of you how you are KILLING it from all angles! You know me having been in Advertising and Marketing at the National level for years. I LOVE what you are doing! The magazine? C’mon??????Awesome! I just saw it today, Jill I think gets them and puts them in and hides them in her ideas boom because she mentioned this edition on the counter. She says “oh you didn’t know he has that out? they are really, really good!” Hmm wonder why I haven’t seen one yet ??" I feel the quality represents the quality I give to my clients and it makes me proud and confident to reach out and talk to the people closest to me!Review from Ronda B

Initially, I agreed to use their services on a one-time trial back in September/October 2021, with the option to continue using their magazine publication services and social media service on a pay-as-you-use basis. Unfortunately, they hold your credit card information hostage and continue to process additional magazines on their set schedule. In December, I called them and explained that my company could not continue using their magazine publication or social media service financially and that I would reach out when I was ready to place an order. They said fine. They left me alone for several weeks, then the calls and emails started back up. They continue calling and claiming I owe them past due balance. Well, I don't. Since December, I haven't authorized any magazine publication, and I haven't used their digital social media tools. I emailed them today and asked that they stop calling me and harassing me. As a result, I will not use their services ever again! Not because of the product, but because they are misleading and like to harass their clients and bully them into using their services.
