    To you all the people out there: Reminder Media is a scam, a big fat SCAM. they scammed me $237 by charging for 3 full months for service never done and they lied to me over and over to justify the the billing. At first they told me they set up a landing page and asked me for email to email my recipients. But when I spoke to them they asked for the information to set up the landing page and the email addresses I told the 3 times I will work on it. When I found out they are not trustworthy I changed my mind and never followed up to either give them the information for the landing page and the email addresses, 3 months later I found out they have been taking money out of my card $ 79.00 each month for service they never done. When I ask then for proof they done anything for the 237 over the 3 months time they refused and blame me for never gave them the information they asked me for. Asking they for a refund they said no after 3 calls and 3 weeks later I leave them this complain to let other people know not to do business with REMINDER MEDIA/REMINDER SCAM People do not do business with Reminder media. Look at how many complains they have to see for yourself if they are trustworthy. I never seen a business with so many complains. Run run away from Reminder Media/reminder scam

    On Friday, December 1, 2023, we reached out to ***** about his account. We explained to him how the digital bundle worked and why he was charged. We refunded ***** for the charges that occurred on his account. The call ended well with ***** thanking us for the call.

    I had not approved a mailing yet the company harasses me about a bill. That part I could deal with without a complaint. The last email they sent ccd a random colleague of mine. i repeat - they emailed personal account information to a random other person at my brokerage. I have no idea how they even obtained their email address.

    At ReminderMedia, customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify and resolve this matter. Our records show that **************** was enrolled in a service agreement to receive a bi-monthly publication for his business, with the service continuing until a cancellation request is received. We have not received any cancellation request from ****************, and, accordingly, continued our service as per the agreement. It's important to note that there were no issues with the previous four mailings sent to ****************. In September, we proceeded to send another scheduled product to ****************. Although his payment method failed, we decided to ship the product with a balance due, aiming to maintain a positive relationship with our customer and avoid any service interruption.

    Understanding ****************' concerns regarding the invoice for a product he claims he did not order, we are prepared to take the following actions to amicably resolve this issue:
    1. We will remove the invoice for the disputed product from ****************' account.
    2. We will cease the production and shipment of any future products to *****************
    3. We will close ****************' account, ensuring that there is no balance owed for any past or future products.

    We believe that these steps will adequately address ****************' concerns and demonstrate our commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

    This company calls nonstop everyday soliciting their "service". We have advised them NUMEROUS times that we are not interested, yet they continue to harass.

    There is false advertising happening. I signed up for Reminder Media due to the advertisements that say Remember there is absolutely no contract, so you can cancel any time in the future if you don't see incredible value and ROI. I went to my account to cancel services. When I got on the phone with Reminder Media, the lady on the phone said that they would not let me close my account because I was locked into a contract for 10 prints. They are forcing me to keep their service when I no longer want it when their advertising states that there is no contract. Thats very deceptive to the public to advertise no contract then force printing cycles. I never would have signed up for the service knowing I was forced for so many printing cycles from the beginning not knowing if I would like the product / service. Please beware of this company.

On Wednesday, October 18, 2023, our Service Manager spoke with ********************* to resolve all issues with her account and to apologize for any miscommunication regarding how the trial mailing works. The account was closed down after this conversation.

    I received your magazine, American lifestyle, as part of an advertising scheme. As I understand it, Reminder Media owns this company. I'm tired of being harassed by these realtors. I'm not selling my home!I want off of your mailing list now!

    My other half and I are realtors. A sales associate called me and offered me a special for $99 to have 50 magazines mailed out that are customized to my sphere of people I know and mail me an additional 10 magazines to hand out. I thought it was such a good deal I asked if my other half could sign up for the deal as well and being the company owner I would pay using my card. They said absolutely. Once signed up I let the sales associated know I did not want anything else auto charging to my card or any other "subscriptions ". I sent out my set of 50 magazines, my other half delayed hers because she could not make the deadline that mine were sent on. She then worked on hers and eventually set them up to send. I happened to see a charger in my email of $237 that prompted me to start looking and realized reminder media had numerous charges in excess of the $200 we agreed to pay in total. I tried to call and work it out with an associate and he acted like he could not understand what I was saying, but than would say he could, than told me he was escalating it to a manager and I have not heard back. ALL they were authoirzed to charge me was $200 no more or less and they still owe us 20 free magazines as well as one magazine mailing that was paid for in the begining. WE would like to be refunded all charges over the $200 we agreed to and also would like to receive the magazines we were told we would receive.

    August 2020 I subscribed to this product. After several months I wanted to cancel. I contacted Remindermedia and they told me I was under contract for 10 mailings. I agreed to fulfill the contract. I am now on mailing 14 as of January 2023. I have called and emailed this company several times to no avail. I have notified my credit card company and I want no more mailings or charges to my account. These people are horribly dishonest and it looks like a trip to my attorney is next. They owe me reimbursement for 4 mailings that I did not authorize.

    On 12/28/2022@6:50 PM EST ****** emailed in requesting to cancel her account. On 12/29/2022@10:13 AM EST our client solutions team reached out to ****** by phone and left a voicemail letting her know that there was one more issue to complete in the 10 issue agreement. An email was sent on 12/29/2022@10:12 AM EST to confirm this as well. ******'s account was shut down after her 10th mailing printed. On 3/3/2023 all 10 invoices that ****** was billed for was emailed over to confirm that only 10 issues of the magazine printed. On 3/3/2023 our client solutions manager also reached out to ****** via phone to confirm that only 10 issues printed but the call was disconnected by ******. ****** has not printed 14 issues of our magazine, only 10 and discussed.

    I did not approve proofs of the marketing material that was being put together. Also, I asked for proof of shipping of the materials once that would happen. They told me they could not provide that so we canceled the order before any work was done. I would not pay for something that I don't have confirmation had actually happened.

    Reminder Media has not done what they said they would do, so we have been trying to cancel our account for months. They have not provided the product in the manner in which we were told they would. Every time a supervisor says they are taking care of this request, and says they will send a confirmation email, nothing happens. Now when I call, I get long hold times and the ability to leave a message for a return call which never happens. We would like to close our account and do no further business with Reminder Media.

    In October I ordered magazines and they were printed with the incorrect custom letter on the inside cover. The company had to reprint and my they were not mailed out until after Thanksgiving. I clearly stated that would be my last order with this company, but apparently, they changed their business and automated mailings and automatically charge customers now. I was charged for another mailing which printed and was mailed to my house with again a very incorrect custom message. I cannot express how embarrassing this would have been if it actually been mailed to my clients. Buyers beware - do not give this company your client lists! They are also not confirming returning my money!!!

    On January 13, 2023, the Manager of the Client Solutions team spoke with ****** to resolve the outstanding issues on the account. There was a delay in processing the refund on our end, which has also been resolved.  A refund was issued for the second set of magazines that were charged to ******'s credit card on January 25, 2023. An email was sent confirming the refund to the credit card.
