Went between Christmas and New Years with family paying for 3 rooms. And 13 water park passes. This resort is not *** compliant. Wheel chairs barely fit through doorways, shower is not *** complaint at all on top of no working elevators! We were on the 6th floor and no working elevator for our entire 4 day trip. We had no heat our first room and finally after 2 attempts and exhausting stair trips to the front desk because their phones also do not work to get a different room and we were moved at 11pm still on 6th floor. Kids in life jackets were ****** ******* in to the hot tub. Resort website pictures are EXTREMELY Deceiving. The state 5 restaurants on site: we got a buffet and a concession stand. Water park didnt open until 12 when advertised 10am on certain days with only 1/3 water slides actually open. The most frustrating part is the lack or care or professionalism from management. Ive been fighting to get responses for over 2 weeks. I will never be going back even if it was free. They are stealing customers money. I would rate zero if I could.

Over the Labor Day weekend while visiting Split ********************************* with my family the resort was not to bad outside of a few mishaps and the staff. Theres plenty to do on the property for the kids and options for adults to entertain their self. As for the staff not so friendly. During checkin we dealt with a guy name ***** and a woman name ****. If you check in and work with her she is amazing(****). ***** on the other hand very nasty personality and very nonchalant when it came down to attending to me and my family and our needs. It was As if he was racist towards black people, an even homophobic due to the treatment I received especially with me being a Black Gay Male. Outside of ***** treating certain guest as if they are unwanted the hotel overall was a pleasure stay. While in our room we was missing a remote but outside of that Ill give it a 8/10 hotel wise. Staff 5/10 I do want to give a special thanks to *********************

Came out for our 5 year wedding anniversary to Split Rock Resort only to wait in the check in line for 4 hours. Kids screaming, customers angry, people not getting the rooms they paid for. No accommodations being made. Lady with autistic son - her handicap room was given away. He starts hitting himself in the head, moms screaming and crying, other customers yelling at staff to help the lady to get the boy somewhere quiet. Hostile work environment for the staff. Someone pulled the fire alarm - ambulances, fire trucks, police cars outside. Our air conditioner doesnt work in the room. Currently 78 degrees. No lock on the door. Can open the maintenance door in the room. All the windows open with no screens. Total safety concern. Do better!

I got a timeshare since 2019. I got in to the timeshare because you were allow to use the facility and bring people with you without pay any fee. Now you hace to pay 6 dólar for person to use the facilitys. Also mantaice fee went for around 350 to 550. Also you have to pay 25 dolars for day to use your week. I think they deserve 0 star.

If anyone else owns at Willowbrook/owned by Bel Air now, and isn't allowed to reserve the units they own at this ran down Time Share without now being extorted of additional "amenity" fees, contact the FTC, BBB, and the PA attorney general's office and report this Fraud! They aren't even keeping the Buildings and Units updated! This is a motel and they are insisting on calling it a "resort with amenities"! Don't be fulled! Don't purchase this Time Share and Don't book and waste your money to stay here! Research all of the reviews about this dump!

I gave this business one star because I had to, not because I want to. I have not been a member since 2016 and was completely paid up when I canceled the membership. Have not had any communication with them since my membership was paid off. This summer I began receiving emails from RODRIGO RETAMOZA stating that they have been trying to contact me about my membership being in arrears. HUHHH???!!! After back and forth emails where I explained MULTIPLE TIMES that I have not been a member in almost ten years, I received a delinquent notice today. Not only was I not looking to renew my membership, I will make sure that anyone I know never signs with these crooks for a timeshare. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TRASHY TIMESHARE.

This was the worst place I ever stayed in my life. There was no indoor pool available The outside pool looked horrible Building by the outside pool should be condemned. The whole place is falling apart No central AC The whole place mode really bad .Paid $1,000 for 3 nights . Complain to the front desk they took only $80 or for bill And for free vouchers for the buffet dinner We walked in to have dinner at night and walked right out there was bugs in the food. Water park had a 2 main attraction shut down to. I do not get a lot of time off from work I was looking forward to this vacation If you love Your family do not take him to this place.

I wanted to select 0 stars for this resort but that was not an option. I started taking multiple vacations annually roughly 30 years ago and I have to say my 3-night visit to Split Rock resort (21 July 2023 to 24 July 2023) was the worse experience I’ve had in roughly 30 years. It was so horrible, that I felt like I was living inside of a horror movie recording. First, it took almost an hour to check in and there seemed to be some confusion about whether or not my room was ready even though I checked in after 6 PM. I spent a large amount of my time standing in a long line in the front office because it was hard getting someone on the phone when you have a problem. Whenever I told someone my problem at the front desk, they would always say we will take care of this. But hours later, the problems were not resolved and this cycle continued my entire stay at this resort. After not getting anything resolved after multiple complaints, I felt like I was talking to the wall. I asked for wash cloths and hand towels multiple times for my entire 4 days (In person at the front desk, phone calls and talking to cleaning employees in the building) and never received the items my entire stay. I asked to speak to the on-duty manager and was always told the manager would call me back. I never spoke to a manager nor did a manager ever call me back as I was told. First night in my room, I had a leaking shower pipe that sprayed water into the ceiling and flooded the bath room floor each time you took a shower. I called in the problem and even told front desk the problem. I also showed them a video of the problem. The problem was never resolved so on day 2 I asked to be moved. Based on my experience, I will never go back to this resort. It's a shame because the place has potential to be a 5 star but the facilities are so poorly maintained that they are not able to be used. If I could select 0 stars for this place I would have.
