      Able to recieve money but unable to pay/send money on zelle app as I get notice that says "unable to verify identity" ( while signed into my account on my own phone ). I try calling the zelle extention and end up waiting for respresentative forever wich an annoying recording saying "your call is important to us, please stay on the line for our next representative as we try to give all customers the time they need". Unable to fix problem at branch as they tell me I need to call their zelle line. If I am unable to solve this simple problem with my account, I will go to *** instead as I hear they have much better customer servive. I don't have time to waste with someone who doesn't want my business.

      The worst bank ever, I dont think anyone works in their customer service department. Multiple calls waiting 45+ minutes without anyone answering. If I could give this bank negative stars I would. Only reason I switched from **************** to here is because they provided a doctor mortgage. I cant wait for rates to be lower so I can switch my mortgage to **************** , close all my accounts and be done with Fulton forever.

      when i called customer service the system said wait time was 45 minutes. After about 20 minutes it hung up on me. When calling the local bank it goes right to voicemail and says not available. Not happy since they took over ********, where I always got through to customer service.

      The worst bank. If you call your on hold for over an hour. They took over my mortgage from my previous bank and the transfer has been horrible. they screwed up my escrow account, payment of homeowners insurance and taxes and they have no idea what they are doing. stay away from Fulton bank

      This company is horrible. They took over my bank and the rest is a nightmare. Let's start with the weekend they transferred over. I walked into the bank because I was instructed to come in to fix issues with my checks. The door was wide open, no lights were on, the teller counter was open and not one person was in there. I waited for about 15 minutes, suddenly a person drives up and runs to the front door and starts locking it, while I am in the bank. I tap on the window and he says "do you work here?" Really??? then he says, "You shouldn't be here" again, what is actually going on? Your money, my money is all at risk at this bank. The next part happened with the issuing and reissuing of debit cards (2x) and then associating the cards with the wrong accounts. Finally, they issued checks without a signature line and told us not to use them and return them to the bank. The check printer said the opposite. They also promised to send checks for my business and never did. When I asked them about checks I received, they told me they were the business account, but it turns out they aren't. They have never been issued and the company after being a customer with the other bank for 6 years says the company doesn't exist. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK OR OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE.

      To say that this merger from Republic to Fulton was a disgrace, unorganized, and unprofessional is an understatement and embarrassing. To leave workers at the branches to be screamed at and left to deal with the brunt of the problems is a disgrace. Thank God for ****** ********* at both the Clementon and ******************* offices who continuously tried to help me for the past three weeks. Thank you so much for your tireless efforts to get me up and running again. If it were not for her, I would still be sitting in limbo. No phone calls back or emails from anyone from the higher-*** or customer service. I will be looking for another banking facility to handle my banking needs in the future.

      On September ******* I was contact by a company to refinance our mortgage We gave the company a personal check of ******* for fees. The check was deposit into a ************* na October 4 2024. We didn't get the Refinance because the business man WILL NOT RETURN OUR calls or text emails. I went to my bank (Fulton) signed an affidavit to claim my money back. The fraud department said that this isn't fraud that we willingly gave that money to the company. WE CANT BELIEVE OUR BANK WILL NOT HELP US. We've been with them for many years. This is why these SCAMMERS KEEP DOING THIS BECAUSE OUR BANKS WILLNOT STAND BY THERE CUSTOMER. This is apouling. ******** fraud said they would help and our bank I have called ******** and reported this situation. WE ARE BEYOND FRUSTRATED.

      This is the worst bank Ive ever dealt with. I was told that if I paid off a loan in the branch that it would be much quicker. The manager said Id have the title ***** days and that they only say 20 days to cover their basis but its usually 10 days. Its over 20 days and I still dont have a title. They mailed it snail mail and told me i should receive it in another 5-10 business days. Thats over 30 days from payoff. it was a lump sum payment that cleared the bank right away so this is a disgrace and could cost me losing the sale. I called customer service twice and they had attitude and didnt resolve anything at all.

      Horrible. They do exactly what law prohibits regarding garnishments. They disregard court orders. They garnish protected money (SSDI) and money under $500 despite MD law saying that's illegal. Then no one can help. ****** says call 800#, they tell you to go to branch.. Then tell me to call garnisher as if they work for him He can't unfreeze my funds only they can No accountability Plus now they have put the entire garnishments as a negative balance on my account as if they paid it. So now if my credit report pulled it looks like I owe $4000 to the creditor and another $4000 to bank. I truly have a positive balance yet they tell me I cannot close account. I went to a lawyer. Everything they are doing is illegal. Plus they ignored a judges ***** to unfreeze my money. I have proof of all this and they tell me I cannot talk to anyone from legal or anyone at all other than the branch clerk who can only send emails to the people who can"fix" this. In mean time I cannot access my disability money (my only source of income) due to their incompetent and unlawful actions.
