About the last week of July 2021. Exclusive auto service took my car (2013 dodge challenger) in to fix a few dents on the passenger side and paint the car a new color. The shops co-owner Alex called and said he had to replace the front fender, some of the rear quarter and he patched some stuff on the rocker panel. It took him about two months just to do the body work. When it came to painting the car he told me very excuse why it was taking so long. Excuses he told me was ( its to cold out, family emergency, vacation, and its only him working) to name a few. We talked and we verbally agreed to let me do payments since he had my car so long, this was sometime in March or April. He told me then my car will be done in a month. After the month was up I tried to contact him about my car, he wouldn't answer or get back to me for a few days. When we finally talked he told me its still not done and he is working on it. This went on for another month or two. It wasn't until I told him I'm going to talk to a lawyer and the BBB, that he finally told me my car was done and that I had to pay him everything up front to get my car. The bill was $4,400 I gave him $2,200 down payment. I would like him to honor our verbal agreement or a discount for having my car so long.Customer response
