            I First contacted Ehrgood and Arnold attorneys at law in Lebanon,Pa on July 7th 2023 after my father passed away. His Last Will and Testament was drawn up by this business. I Spoke with *** EHRGOOD and he told me to send dad's death certificate and we can start setting up the estate. I sent the Death Cert. With a Letter with All my info on it. Please call me on Receipt of Documents. No call came. My father put *********** ****** his Son in Law as executor on his will with me His Eldest Daughter ******** ***** as secondary. I had no idea Dad had put him as executor. This Non Discript Two page Will was drawn up in October of 2022 without my knowledge. I was working with a different attorney in Early 2022 for his Will, HCD, and POA. In April of this year 2023, *********** ****** send a letter to Attorneys EHRGOOD AND ARNOLD Stating,HE DOES NOT WANT TO BE EXECUTOR OF MY FATHER'S WILL. On my conversation on July 7th 2023 with *** EHRGOOD , he said he will send ***** ****** a renunciation form to sign and send back and then we can set up the estate. I called these attorneys 10 separate times, I never got one phone call back. she said we're too busy to take on your case right now. I said that's fine, please put my father's paperwork Concerning his Will together and Send it to me. There should be the Will, the Bill for Services, and the Letter from ***** ******. The Secretary ****** said She will send me Everything Concerning Dad's Paperwork. I never heard from them again. I do have ****** on my voice recorder telling me that she will send it out today and text me the tracking number, that was two weeks ago. I do not know why this attorney will not finish the Estate or send me my father's paperwork.
