PaAuto World has shady business practices. First, I purchased a 2015 Cherokee Jeep with 105k miles on it, black book valued at 16,500. PA Auto World tried to charge me 36k for something worth 16,500. The bank contacted me & made me take the truck back due to the mileage & how much they tried to charge me. I then returned the truck & they put me in a 2011 BMW i328 that had the check engine light on. I told Jerry, the owner about the check engine light & he responded not to put cheap gas in the vehicle, take it to BMW bc it had a warranty on it. Took it to BMW and they said the engine is leaking oil & the gasket needs to be replaced, in which the warranty doesn't cover. It was priced at 846.16 plus tax.Jerry & Max refused to return any of my calls or emails. The check engine light was bc of the Vanos Solenoid priced at 2200 and some change. The GWC warranty refused to fixed that as well as Pa Auto World and I “hadn't” had the vehicle for 2 weeks. I called Pa Auto World again & told them I didn't want the vehicle and to come pick it up bc I didn't feel safe driving it to Pa. They hung up in my ear. I emailed Max and Jerry the service report from BMW in addition to GWC precertified service station report stating the same issues with the vehicle & Pa Auto World failed to email me or return my calls. I then contacted Westlake Financial Services, Dealer Compliance whom is the line holder of the vehicle & they failed to address my concerns. I have created a paper trail & have all paperwork from BMW & Tech Auto stating how the vehicle is hazardous to drive. On 5-5-23, I almost got into a 3 car collision when the vehicle stalled out & completely died on me whilst attempting to drive to work. I had to get the car towed to Tech Auto in Pleasantville, NJ where it is currently sitting. All dealerships are required to fix any repairs within 30 days. I went through all of this in 2 weeks & it still hasn't been 30 days yet.
