      Shipping is crazy expensive even for smaller items. I signed up for their Plus membership to try it out and I was in search of a new vendor for a certain product. When ordering that product, I looked for other things my small business might need and quickly realized those things were not considered Plus items and would not be free to ship. This would not make $99/month for this shipment worth it for me. I mentally told myself to cancel the membership before the next month. My membership was being renewed today on 3/27. I logged in about 1 am this morning to cancel and why did I not do before then. My account was already charged for a month. I quickly canceled and hit the button that says request refund. Well I received an error message. I then sent an email, which was responded to when I woke up. I explained that the membership would not work for me and requested if I could be refunded. I was quickly told no and they don't do partial refunds. I asked if an order I had just made could be canceled then and was told no also as to the process. To be so rigid and not extend a little ***** in this economy, when I got in contact with the company within hours of charging me is ridiculous. Especially with the priceing of your membership. I am a small business, but 1 day soon I will be bigger and I know where I will not ship and that's with Webstaurant.

      Bait and Switch Tactics I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent purchase from Webstraunt. I ordered a curved top freezer, a product that was prominently listed on their website. However, upon delivery, I received a flat top freezer instead. In an effort to resolve this situation, I promptly contacted customer service. While I was offered a refund for the price difference, my primary desire was to receive the curved top freezer as originally ordered. During my conversation with customer service, I was informed that Webstraunt does not actually stock the curved top freezer, despite its continued presence on their website. To further complicate matters, I reached out to Bevair, the manufacturer of the freezer. They confirmed that they had previously advised Webstraunt to correct their product listing. This raises serious concerns about Webstraunt's business practices. It appears that they may be engaging in deceptive bait and switch tactics, knowingly listing a product they do not carry while advertising it at a premium price. This situation is particularly frustrating given the logistical challenges involved in receiving such a cumbersome item. I had to option to return the freezer in its original packaging, however, the freezer arrived on two pallets, wrapped in multiple layers of cardboard, foam, and shrink wrap. Unpacking it only to discover that it was the wrong item has been a significant inconvenience. In conclusion, my experience with Webstraunt has been incredibly disappointing. I strongly urge potential customers to exercise caution when ordering from this company, as they may find themselves facing similar issues.

      They no longer carry many of the reputable longstanding quality brands that originally made this a good place to shop for industry, commercial quality kitchen supplies and equipment. They opted to stop carrying ***** brand in exchange for Choice, these are the budget brands, and one is fairly good quality for the price, the other is garbage. They now require you to buy cambro lids in quantities of 6 or 12, but you can buy the cambro containers in any quantity.. what could be the reason for this? they have told me because the manufacturer ships them like this and there's nothing they can do? Excuse me, but isn't that your entire business? to buy from Manufacturer's in bulk at lower prices and sell to consumers in lower quantities at higher prices? The crazy thing is that I've ordered them in whatever quantity I wanted before so, all of a sudden they are not capable of opening a box of 12 and shipping them individually? This company is becoming more and more incredulous.

      This site is a scam site and uses stored credit card information to process orders that are in the cart BUT NOT APPROVED OR FINALIZED FOR PAYMENT! I placed an item in the cart to hold to compare to other sites and purchase options. I receive an alert from my card company telling me that there is a charge for more than $1,400 on my card from this scam website!! I DID NOT click approved or enter any payment information...they used a card I had used prior for a purchase that they also saved on their site when I NEVER choose for sites to save my card information. DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE!!

      Disappointing Experience - Will *** Return We recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Webstaurantstore that led us to conclude that we will no longer be doing business with them. Our order was delayed multiple times due to missing documentation, which caused significant disruptions to our project timelines. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation, communication remained inconsistent, and the resolution process was slow and tedious.While their product selection is broad, the customer service we received was severely lacking, and we ended up managing several critical steps ourselves, which should have been handled by the vendor. Webstaurantstore's failure to meet basic shipping and documentation requirements created an unnecessary logistical ************ the end, we hope to provide feedback to help other potential customers make informed decisions. If you're considering working with them, be prepared for delays and extensive follow-up on your part.

      I was ordering a kegerator online and had talked to a customer service agent multiple tes with questions about product and shipping before purchasing. I was happy until my item didn't ship and I got an email stating this is going to a residential address which voids warranty. I called them back and customer service said that it voids warranty because it is not being used in a business. She could not say why that makes it worse being at a house just that it is their warranty policy. This is obviously ridiculous as a bar will damage and abuse this product much more then private use. She could not say specifically why just that's the policy. I spent a lot of time with them just to be disappointed after they almost got my money and even discussed shipping on the phone. They seem nice but don't stand behind their product unless you are a business.

      Hi *****, if there are issues where a technician needs to come out to fix the unit, commercial refrigeration technicians are not insured to work in residential spaces. This prevents us from keeping the unit under warranty. We are not always able to ship commercial pieces of equipment to a residential address because having commercial equipment in the home can void an individual's homeowners insurance.       Absolutely terrible service. Its fraud , the sent me mason jars, and almost all of the 10 cases I ordered was broken, not a single fragile sticker was on the boxes when delivered, so they credited my account. I made another order, this time jars showed up broken again without a si glue fragile sticker and most of the order was missing, they sent half cases of my order, literally. I wish I could upload my video and picture proof of this fraud

      Bought a $4000 3 door cooler ( new) within 3 months it started rusting in seams of metal, contacted company and they tried to say we unplugged and didn't use so it caused rust, told them it was not unplugged since it was bought, then they said it was caused by not cleaning it. One excuse after another not to repair their defective item. Bought online so I can't go complain in person so company is blowing us off blaming the customer for their generic shit they sell .
