    Good company to deal with. I would have left more stars, however I think their marketing strategies need reviewing. They send you emails ads every day and sometimes twice a day. This kind of marketing is a real put off. They would do better with a weekly promotion in my opinion.

    Extremely Disappointed Damaged Parts, No ************************************* My husband ordered Jeep parts from American Muscle, attracted by the decent pricing and promised delivery timeline to prepare for an upcoming event. Unfortunately, the parts arrived several days late and damaged.We contacted customer service immediately via chat, only to waste over an hour with no resolution. I then called and spent another hour on the phone. The only solution offered was a small refundotherwise, we were expected to repackage the damaged items, pay for shipping ourselves, and only then would they consider sending a replacement or full refund. With an event days away, we didnt have the time.I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no one was available, but I would get a callback the next day. That day came and wentno call. I followed up again and was told someone would call the next day. I finally did receive that call, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. The supervisor was incredibly rude and defensive, repeatedly saying things like sorry you feel that way, thats a you problem and thats how shipping works. When I calmly as possible through my frustration expressed how disappointed I was, he began yelling, and when I pointed out he was yelling at me, he hung up.We understand that shipping issues happenbut the complete lack of accountability, unprofessionalism, and rude behavior from their team was unacceptable. We wont be ordering from American Muscle again and would advise others to think twice.

    I have ordered from AM a number of times now, very pleased with the items I have purchased so far. Shipping is fast and arrives packaged well and not damaged. Will continue to shop American Muscle for the parts i need to customize my vehicles.
