    Was going to order on line but the site refused to register my veteran discount. I had to final call AM to get my discount. Im very happy with the products and have ordered quite a bit overtime from American Muscle they have always been very friendly on the phone.i just hate the site as the last time I wanted to eat the free gift which was the AM blanket. Needless to say I was never offered it over the phone. They still have good products.

    There was no instructions and the product was scratched everywhere and dents. They offer to give $200 if I upload my pictures and videos and now Im getting the run around about the $200 in savings. Why purchase if they lie and leave things out that will help you with everything that is needed

    I needed wheels for an event 2 weeks from date of placed order. I thought that was plenty of time to receive them and make modifications. Ordered on Tue and as of Friday at 4pm AM doesn't know where my order is or when it will ship or when I will receive it. When I contacted AM I was told a general timeline which was very broad and an "inquiry" was made. **************** is very lacking.

    First for the bad. Called a couple of times before placing order and discussed concerns over getting the right wheels to fit my Mustang. I was assured that they would fit, for the wheels and tires in a couple of days and was excited to get the on. To my dismay the front wheels hit the brake calipers and would not move! Called the company and talked to someone who said they could not help me I needed to talk to a wheel specialist so they put me on hold and another picked up the phone and told them my problem, they said I needed a wheel specialist, on hold again then a third ****** picks up. I asked if they were a wheel specialist and they said no, so after messing around for 35 minutes I asked for a supervisor and after a 5 minute wait she gets on the phone and I tell her the issues and she tells me she will get me a wheel specialist so back on hold then she says none available so she says that she will message a wheel specialist supervisor and have him give me a call, if he doesnt answer in 24 hours I am supposed to call her back!!They advertise on their website that they are Mustang specialists I guess 99% are Not specialists only phone holders!!Now for the better, the ****** that took my original order found out I was having an issue and reached out, 20 hours had passed and had a solution which was wheel spacers. Not the best but a solution.
