This company is a complete FRAUD!!! I purchased a wig in May. What I received is horrible! There are two different hair textures on this wig! I purchased the ***** **** *** UNIT which is supposed to be textured twist out hair. I sent an email and got no responses. It was not until I involved ****** expressing my disappointment, then I received a message from ****. She requested photos of me with the wig on so she could determine how best to assist me. At this time I was only requesting an address to return their faulty product, she or whoever it was acted as if they needed to find the return address. *** left voicemails for them-nothing!Please just process my return, *** has already confirmed receipt of the package.The Bantu-Knot out wig is garbage! On May 2nd, I ordered a wig from Finger Comber; after seeing it on *********. It arrived earlier than two weeks but when I opened the box, I was beyond disappointed. The unit had a nauseating smell, when I removed it from the box. I noticed that the wig was very thin, I tried it on and discovered. The wig is so thin that tracks are exposed, there is a two inch gap at the top of the wig. I emailed the seller to let them know the wig looks nothing like the picture. They ask me for pictures, I sent them the pictures they ask for, they then replied with "all sales are final." And sent me a video on styling. I asked if they had any weft hair of the same texture that they can ship me at a discounted rate to resolve problem? After that, they stop communicating. I paid them $108 for a unit that is not wearable. I made this purchase for an event on Mother's Day but they could care less about ripping me off. The wig I received looks nothing like the wig on their website.Initial Complaint

First of all the company was very rude. Whenever a customer complains there should be a humble apology because the customers are a little fiery they’re upset nobody’s disrespecting anyone or cursing, or using profanity, or attacking them personally, or just simply customers who have a right to complain since we’ve been ripped off, that’s my hard earned money. How would fingercomber feel if it were themselves ?I paid to a company with hopes of something wonderful in return such as their wonderful advertisement, it’s fraud!. It’s false advertisement which is illegal. I want them to stop fooling people and send items out to people that looks like what they desire, which is in their advertisement , I want them to stop this foolishness. I wish they can go out of business. That’s what I hope for them. I shall get a full refund.Customer Answer

The wig I received May 3, 2023 ( ***** Roller Set) was not as advertised by fingercomber company. I am very disappointed regarding companys false advertisement. There are similar complaints by customers. Company blocked me when I reached out to them. The company has no concerns or regards to my concerns. The company makes me feel they only want my money and could not care less about me as an innocent customer who works hard for her money. I earn money not too waste it. I wasted my money on fingercomber company by believing ***** Roller Set on fingercomber video advertisements and photographs. I expected the ***** Roller Set unit to be exactly as advertised. False advertisement is unfair.and as a result Fingercomber is an unfair company and as a result of this fingercomber has many unsatisfied customersInitial Complaint

I ordered a unit from this business. I never received the item. A month after ordering I wrote customer service several times to no avail. I've disputed this charge with my credit card company but for some reason fingercomber is producing some level of false information. I do know that they can't produce anything that says it was received. Because it wasn't. I've heard the quality is bad from multiple people after I've had this experience so beyond this, I'd never support this company and will tell everyone I know. It's a shame that a black owned business reared at helping black women who might have hair issues like alopecia is robbing the very people they should serve.Initial Complaint

I received my ***** ***** afro ls unit for $100. The wig I received and the wig pictured on their website are VASTLY different. I have reached out to the company to find some kind of respect but its almost impossible to get a response! Avoid at them at all costs. I want my money back for this unit. Fingercomber should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people the way they have.
