    They have my awnings. I was sent an email in march if I was ready to have them erected. I responded yes. Here it is May 30. No response to messages or emails and still not installed

    This business stores and puts up/takes down our porch awning each year. I requested our awning be delivered/put up on March 7, 2023 via email. They replied promptly it would be put up within next few weeks. After no response, I reached out again via email stating I needed awning put up by Easter. They assured me it would be put up by that date but they never showed up. I have left many voicemails and emails since then with no response for the past 2 weeks.

    Awning were picked up by Mamaux November 2021 for storage and cleaning. I have been leaving messages since early April to have them delivered and put up They have not returned any of my communications I sent by phone,text and email. My awnings are my property being held by them and they’ve not acted responsibly anc timely as they’re a seasonal need item.

    This company has been putting up and taking down my awning for at least 20 years...no problem.....This year they sent me a letter stating its time to put my awning up......I e-mailed them at the end of April to say please put it up..........It is still not up...I have called and e-mailed numerous times and I get no response.......I am starting to get worried about my awning........It is usually up by now.....The thing that REALLY worries me is NO RESPONSE!!! Please help!!!!!

    We have made numerous phone calls (too many to count) and emails trying to make contact with this business but there has been no response. Worst customer service ever! I am afraid they have gone out of business and have our awning in their warehouse.

    A. Mamaux has been holding our awning all winter, and claimed they attempted to drop it off though I work from home all day every day and this just simply is not true. I was told it would be re-dropped off well over a month ago (after the initial wait of over a month for the first non-attempt). I call and call and call, leave messages when the mailbox isn't full, have emailed multiple times, and have visited their address and left notes for them asking them to let me know when I can pick up the awning. Always no response. I just want to pick up my awning, clean or dirty, and put it up now that it is spring time. I would like to hear from them, this is unacceptable.

    A. Mamaux picked up my awning in late March for cleaning only, we install it ourselves. I was told it would be ready by early May.
