    We reached out to Aqua Specialists to install and replace our hot water boiler for the indoor pool. Boiler was installed as a brand new boiler and was paid in full. Three month later the boiler stopped working completely and the pool water started to get cold which is negatively impacting our business, this was brought to Aqua Specialists attention Immediately to come and address the issue, they brought a technician who informed us that the motherboard will need to be replaced, remember this is only three month old unit at that time, we been waiting since June 18, 2022 for any update and we havent received any answer, after multiple phone calls and emails they sent us another representative in the end of July after I demanded the unit to be fully replaced since its a defective unit and we still have no information on the new motherboard shipment. The technician informed us that they will be putting an order for a new unit to replace the defected one. Since we still havent heard any updates, I been trying to follow up with emails and never received an email back and when I called, I was informed that they will be sending another technician and no one shows up, Im not sure why do we need another technician for since we already know what the problem is. Last time I spoke with them they played like they werent aware of the issue and when I forward them all the email correspondence since June, all I got an email back stating they will be sending a technician to look at it. All I need is for them to replace the defective unit with a new one that is working and let me know what is the lead time for that to be completed. Our customer service score is hurting because of this and we are approaching winter time and this issue will need to be professionally rectified asap otherwise Im requesting for a full refund if this issue is not getting resolved soon. Not to mention that they took the old hot water boiler with them without a permission from us to do so.
