I visited the Wawa Robbinsville, NJ (this is not a valid location in the search) location on Dec 7th. I purchased a cup of coffee and left. 2 weeks later as I was examining my checking account, I noticed a charge from Wawa for $174.34. I immediately filed a claim with my bank. This went back and forth three times before they finally denied my claim as wawa verified it was indeed a purchase. I have yet to see the documentation to support this. I am not denying that the purchase wasn't made, however it did not cost $174 for a cup of coffee. I then filed an investigation with Wawa treasury department, who told me the charge is too old for them to look back and they couldn't help me any further. I think any rational person can understand that there are very few purchases that could be made at Wawa for $174. I am asking that this be looked into and my money be refunded to me.Initial Complaint

On January 25th 2023 I made a purchase at a wawa store there address is ******************************************************* the cost was****** when I returned home I checked my statement and it turned out wawa charged me ****** twice the charge stayed in pending and then on the January 27th 2023 both charges were cleared to pay wawa total of two ****** and ****** the manager told me that they only charged one but according to my bank they charged twice I'm a senior citizen living on a budget with health problems Thank youInitial Complaint

I have been waiting more than 10 days for a return call from Wawa Corporate to discuss a fuel spill at store #****************************************************** that day I immediately requested the manager come to pump 18, I explained the shutoff did not engage, several gallons of fuel spilled and that he should put eyes on the situation.I was told he was unavailable and we never had any conversation nor did he or anyone assist me at the spill, address my concerns, provide me with an incident# or a copy of the incident report. I was told by a Wawa employee I would be contacted by the corporate and that has not happened to date. I was also informed I was at fault for the spill (not the defective pump) and that signs were posted to never leave the pump, I didn't see any signs on pump 18 or 17. My concerns are long term effects to the exposure to the fuel in and on my truck and paying for fuel I did not receive, paying to have my truck cleaned to get the fuel out of the rugs and above all others the fact the I would even have to type this message in hopes of a return call from Wawa. I had an awful experience at this WaWa on Christmas day. I called the corporate office to explain the entire situation and what happened on 1/5 @ 9:18am I spoke with ******. She was not able to find the store managers name. However she stated that either someone named ***** or **** will call me within 48-72 from said date to follow up. Clearly one one has called in regards to the situation because it is now several weeks after I was suppose to receive a follow up call. I attempted to pay at the gas pump and my card was denied which caused my bank to charge me 2.00 denial fee. There was 107.00. In the account. When I called the bank they said the wawa gas station on ****** **** tried to put a hold on my card for 175.00. And that’s why it denied. That ridiculous I don’t know any car that cost 175.00 to fill up. Like the 100.00 hold is bad enough but to deny service when there was more than enough money to cover the actual cost of the fill is out ragas.Initial Complaint

There’s absolutely no customer service at all. The phone number provided is just for the store workers/owners and the online complaint section in the Wawa app doesn’t work. I paid in the app for two made to order coffees and they never came up for the store and I’m out $4.66 for EACH coffee! I’ll never get my money back due to poor customer service. This is really upsetting. Just stealing money!!!!Initial Complaint

On Tuesday, 15 November 2022, I purchased 6 individually wrapped glazed donuts for my wife. She took them to work to have breakfast for the week and on Thursday, 17 November 2022, she sent me a picture of a piece of metal that was in her donut. After taking a few bites of her donut, she said she felt something in her mouth. When she isolated it and pulled it out, it was a thin piece of metal (having the appearance of a bent sewing needle). I dont know how something like this could find its way into the batter but its unacceptable. This could have easily gotten lodged her mouth and even worst in her throat or GI tract. Around late October I explained to wawa customer service in an email that I need wawa ******* **** just off Rote *** and ****** *** to load paper at tbe gas pump. That email was prompted by a second occurrence: no reveipt at the pump. I receiced an email reply on November 1: lWe have received your feedback and appreciate you reaching out. Please know that your feedback will be shared with the appropriate people here at Wawa.“ Last night after pumping about 60 USD of gas, the pump receipt rumbled again when I indicated that I need a receipt. But no receipt was iasued. It is too time-consuming to walk inside and wait for a receipt. Wasa is more than fairly compensated for the gas and must provide a reveipt on eequest.
