I filed a complaint on messenger with Wawa about the 2 Italian classic hoagies and on 8-22-2021 the CSR advised they would send me an egift card to replace the 2 sandwiches within 24-48 hours. I have written back to them 3 times that they failed to send me my egift card for the 2 sandwiches. I still have not received my egift card for the 2 classic sandwiches.Initial Complaint

On 8/10/2021 approximately 8:50pm et, I made a delivery order through a delivery company that was accepted by WaWa store#**. Food order was to be completed and ready for delivery in the allotted amount of time, agreed between them and the delivery company. After a good half-hour/forty-five minutes, a delivery driver was selected to retrieve my order to be brought to my residence. Eventually she came to my house, but dropped off the wrong order. I called her back to retrieve the order from me as I told that was not my order. So I called WaWa store#**, to find out what happened, they said they never got an order. Do to the mix up, the delivery company refunded my money and reordered my order at store# **, and the same thing happened, but the driver waited for the order to be filled. Unfortunately, there were a couple items, that was wrong or missing. We figured out that the store was purposely not filling the orders. This is not the first time this situation has taken place.Initial Complaint

I have been waiting since October 2020 for a replacement gasoline credit card. I have been a card member since October 2017 and have excellent credit. I received a notification that my card would be expiring in October 2020 and that a new card would be arriving prior to the expiration date. Fast forward to August 2021: I have contacted Wawa Credit Card Services five (5) times asking when I could expect the replacement card. I even sent a written letter to the Wawa CEO asking for his assistance on receiving my new card; no response from the CEOs office. Every time I spoke with Credit Card Services, they verified my address and account information was correct and informed me that a new card would be coming. Today I was informed that the reason I haven't received my replacement card is because Wawa received a return to sender notification. They can send the the card is coming letters, just not the card itself. I have cancelled my account, Ill take my business elsewhere.Initial Complaint

No returns on ***** E cig power battery kits.Customer response

As stated I purchased a ***** Kit.The kit comes with a battery adapter and one vape. when I screwed in the new battery to the vape it did not work. I tried to charge the battery no success. I tried to return it to WAWA.They were very nasty saying I can"t return e cigs .I said it was a bad battery and logic told me to return it to the retailer.No one want's to take ownership ? They could return it to their vendor?
