      They are rude and scream at their customers. So disrespectful

      I got a car from Brenner’s and have had nothing but problems with it. I have had to the shop 4 times and the issue with it that they say they cannot find just caused an accident. They were quick to come get the car but not quick to help me out with a loaner. It is the only car we have. My husband has heart issues and we cannot get to his appointments or even to the store for basic needs! I continually get the run around. I do not fault the sales men and women this is an issue with the service department because they refuse to fix the issue unless they actually see it for themselves. The car is known for the issue and they will not take my word for it. I have asked for a different car but they will not do it. It’s now on me to pay out of pocket to get the transmission issue diagnosed before they will do anything more. And I have the extended warranty on the vehicle. I also pay every payment on time and am a good customer. The manager at the selinsgrove Brenner’s will even tell you that. He has tried to be nothing but helpful. Again my problem isn’t with him. I want the issue fixed!
