      I made a $1,200 purchase at this retailer online and had to call back because they had issues receiving the payment. Over the phone I gave them the card info and I was told that the payment went through and that my item would ship out that day however when I called back because I never received a confirmation email they told me that they never received my money. I'm currently having to dispute it with my cc company and my $1,200 is lost in space. Don't trust these cretins with your money.

      Spent $488 there when I can go to ******* and get the same stuff almost and not wait 15 DAYS for my background check and transfer just to find it Undetermined. Went to a different gun store and they said ***** hours of wait because Im under 21. Then I got my refund without one item refunded called to get my refund and was told Ill take care of it and nothing happening.

      I ordered an optic ready slide for my H&K VP9. Shipping was great as the item came quickly. Once I received it I quickly put it on my weapon and 2 days later I'm off to the range. After about 100rds. the rear sight flies off the slide. I know this happens. But this was a brand new, right? I called customer service at Euro Optics and was first told that because the slide had been fired they couldn't do anything for me. I told them that I had the slide 48hrs and the rear sight fell off after 100rds. I was transferred to someone else who told me I had to call H&K and take it up with them. I refused because I didn't purchase it from H&K and they had a relationship with them as the are a distributor of their products. After some back and forth they agreed to accept my return and they sent me a new slide. Once I received it I noticed cosmetic blimishes on the rear sight from what only could have been a sight pusher and also a blimish on the the side of the front sight. for the money I spent I expected a slide that was factory new condition. This doesn't seem to be the case. Very disappointed to say the least. this make me skeptical about future purchases.

      Wonderful experience. Ordered late on a Sunday wee hours of Monday. By 9 AM that morning my item had already been packed and already was in UPS's hands and on its way to me. What a great business!

      I placed an order over a year ago, Order # 243258. They took my money, can never give an ETA on shipping even though the ammo is easily available in most stores now. Finally got them to tell me they would send a refund a month ago and havent received anything. Horrible company and customer service. Do not waste your money
