This company is a rip-off. They sold me $3500.00 a kahles 525 - The scope broke on the first outing. This means I did not get to compete in my competition - I spent over 2k traveling by airfare and hotel entry fees. The scope let me down. Combining the price of scope and another above cost, I lost over 5 K - I contacted Euro Optic, and they gave me the run-around and finally spoke with someone here in the US that represents ********* Optix. They told me the scope I had just purchased needed to return to Sweden - it would take 8 weeks or longer. The woman representing ********* told me she would mail me a new one. She lied to me and never did so after they reviewed my scope. I plan to file a police report for theft by deception - I have already spent over 10 K with this company, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EURO OPTIX OR ********* EVER.

I placed order ****** on November 17, 2022. I received the item and subsequently attempted to initiate a return. The written return policy states that returns are accepted for 15 days less return handling fees. To initiate a return you are required to email at [email protected]. I attempted to initiate the return but the email always bounced back as undeliverable as an invalid email address. I attempted contact via their listed phone number and there was never an answer or an option to leave a voicemail. I attempted to initiate an online chat with full details and never got a response.

Not sure how this occurred, perhaps a spam folder issue or otherwise, but this order was returned and refunded with no issue. There is no further action to be taken here.

On August the 3rd of 2022 I ordered a product from ****** that costed $529.47. I have a video recording of the delivery driver dropping the package off at my door and I immediately went to grab the package. Excited for my new purchase I open the cardboard box to find the product box. Upon opening the product box the product was no where to be found thus not receiving my merchandise. A very elaborate scam for this company to take money from unsuspecting customers. I quickly went to ****** to try for a dispute. They contacted the seller for me and the seller said I should file a police report for my stolen Item. My item was not stolen from my porch it was never in the box when it left this scam companies place of work. I want a full refund and EuroOptic LTD to be investigated.

I ordered a scope mount from EuroOptic on 9/20/2021 and never received the purchased item. Instead a received a range finding binocular. I did not return the binocular, nor receive the item I initially paid for. I also never received a refund for the item I paid for but did not receive. I did not return the wrongfully sent item that they sent me. They are now suing me for $3,208.93 for the item they say I should have returned. The  Federal Trade Commission has laws to protect consumers against being charged for unordered items, yet they are still requiring I show up to a hearing in PA on July 21, 2022. I live in south Florida and do not have the means to travel for a wrongful suit. This is extortion and I hope someone can help me

      Dear *** *******:
Kindly be advised that our firm represents EuroOptics, Ltd in connection with the Consumer Complaint of ******* *****, Complaint ID ********.
*** ***** ordered an item from EuroOptic which has been discontinued. By my email dated June 30th, 2022, a copy which is attached, I offered *** ***** his choice of a refund of the purchase price or one of two upgraded items. He did not make either choice. For that reason, EuroOptic refunded his purchase price by check dated July 11th, 2022, a copy which is attached hereto. Since the full purchase price has been refunded, this matter should be closed by your office. I am at your disposal to discuss this matter in more detail.

I purchased a chassis from Europtics. I thought I had ordered a SA, but I received a LA. I returned the item. I didn’t open the box, my shipper opened the box to make sure it wasn’t an ATF firearm. Europtics received the chassis and said it was damaged and wanted to charge me 20% ($200). I talked with Aria at Europtics, he called me a LIAR and said he wouldn’t talk to me anymore. It appears that this is typical for returns at this company

Customer ordered two chassis systems and attempted to install a barreled action in both. Returned both chassis, and in both cases, items were returned with obvious damage from attempted (and failed) installation. In both cases we offered to keep with 20% restocking fee, as we cannot resell as new; the first time customer took the item back (but reordered and did the same thing again) and the second time threatened us with a chargeback, which is a really crappy thing to do.

But, since there's not much you can do about people who act this way, we just gave **** his money back and annotated his account as someone not to do business with anymore. He got a full refund. And then turned around and reported us to BBB anyway.

If anyone is considering doing business with ****, I'd take all this into consideration. We'd have been better off if he'd never heard of us.

I called customer service and received a return authorization and shipped it to them for repair on a ****** rifle that had the bolt stuck closed. They contacted me stating that it was stuck due to "locktight" and that they broke the bolt and they needed to use a hammer to get it open/unstuck. They continued to say it was me and my son that did this and they would not be refunding me or replacing the rifle. I explained the factual sequence of events and said that we did nothing of the sort. I continued to explain the events and the Eurooptic employee "Arie" outright called me and my son "liers". He then stated my ffl that received the rifle said I had indeed function tested it. I told Arie again that I opened the cardboard box the rifle and the bolt were wrapped separately in plastic and the manual was in the box. I then closed the box and brought it home and wrapped it for my son. when he opened his gift he removed the rifle and bolt form the plastic and inserted the bolt and closed it. The bolt would not open and I told him not to force it that I would send it back. I contacted my ffl and he said that he had NOT told Eurooptic that I function checked the rifle. I returned a call to Arie/Europtic and asked why they broke the bolt? he stated that they needed to be cautious if there was a round in the chamber. I informed him that they could have used a cell phone or a light and mirror to look down the barrel rather than break the bolt by hammering on it. This hammering would be much more dangerous the options I have mentioned??? I asked for the rifle to be return to me and Arie stated that his boss did not feel comfortable shipping a damaged firearm?? Arie said they would ship it directly to ****** and I could pay for repairs. I explained that I just want a functioning rifle do whatever!!! This is ********.

Date of Transaction: 7/2/2021 Purchased On-Line (scopelist.com): ******* Eotech Holographic Sight (Gun Sight)Purchase Price: $689.00 Issue: Received a counterfeit scope from Scopelist (owned by Eurooptic). The manufacturer - Eotech provided documentation that it is indeed a counterfeit (copy of email attached). Called immediately to alert the vendor that I had received a counterfeit - their response was that they do not ship counterfeits. I advised that they did this time - vendor even admitted on phone they had some previous issues - when I provided photos of the counterfeit they accused me of buying one off of Amazon and was trying to return that one. No scope was ever purchased from ******. Vendor refused to try and resolve the issue. Can provide all the email correspondence if needed.
