    I ordered 12 flags, received only 9 and of the 9 flags received 5 of them were broken. They have not responded to any my multiple emails concerning the order issue.

    Do not believe their return policy. They do everything they can to not refund your money. I finally had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charge. The product I ordered is cheaply made and broken. My product was shipped in a plastic bag and had duct tape wrapped all around it. No wonder it was broken. Terrible company to do business with. Stay away.

    This is a fraudulent company. I ordered items and never received them. When I reached out to them by email they apologized and stated that my shipment was delivered to the wrong address and I received a ring in error. They were correct however their solution was for me to keep the ring that could even fit and they would refund 1/3 of my entire purchase. I did not accept that offer and disputed it with my bank. Would never ever purchase from that site again.

    Half of order arrived smashed and broken due to bad packaging. 2 weeks of run around on refund of broken jars. Never order from this company

    We do apologize that 4 of the jams arrived broken. I do show a refund was done on 1/3 for the damaged merchandise and the information was give to the warehouse to package with more care.
