    We purchased a 1 1/2" aluminum flag pole that bent in half within 2 days, after a mild wind! They haven't responded to my email.

    I do apologize. I do show that we replied to the email sent offered a ****** and realized that the item was out of stock and issued a full refund on 11/14/2022

    Was not sure if I could leave a zero star or not, so I put one star. Only because they actually sent the product. This company stands proud on “Made in USA”, so I order 3 flags from them. All made in China. There will be no second order for me and these flags will never fly on my pole. They will be burned without honor.

    Bought 3 pieces of chimney pipe from Northline Express, they did not arrive in time for me to use them. OK fine, went to return them using their "easy return" link. Do not believe their "easy returns" process of print a label, drop it off, and get your refund. That only works if your item is within USPS size limits. Otherwise, you're on your own to send the item back via FedEx or UPS, get nailed with their shipping rates, provide Northline Express with the tracking number, and then hope it all gets sorted out and you get some sliver of your money back. I find it suspicious that you can ship things out via FedEx but can't generate return shipping labels for FedEx. Also don't believe it's only 24-72 hours for order processing. I placed my order on a Sunday and it didn't get a shipping label until Thursday night, and tracking info wasn't available until Friday morning. I had e-mailed a request to cancel the order on Thursday morning since it was past 72 hours processing time and it wasn't going to make it to my house in time. Conveniently didn't hear back from them until immediately after I got the tracking number e-mails and they said the order couldn't be cancelled at that point.

    I do not recommend buying from this company. This was my first time purchasing from them and I will never return. They will not - even exchange or refund you on most items. When I called to get a return label and request for an even exchange on an item that was too big and needed a smaller size, the rep said no. I was confused and she explained that in the terms and conditions sales are final. I mean lets be honest nobody reads terms. Why not include that in the checkout or post it by the price like other reputable companies. No, they hide it in the terms and conditions. How sneaky. Buy your safety gear from another company. They are ridiculous!

    After placing an order for a flag and sending them many emails this so called business refuses to accept any responsibility for packages that were never sent. It's a scam and they should be put out of business for good.

    I do apologize, I do show that we had answered the emails and explained that we would submit this claim over for you to route. we are showing the package was delivered. ************************** For further information, track your shipment on the U.S. ************** website.Your shipment ******************   Delivered On Friday, September 09 at 10:30 A.M. at Mailbox however we have issued you a full refund as well.

    Horrible customer service! After ordering $50 worth of chocolate and NOT seeing an option to receive special packaging to assure my order was delivered not melted (you must click on each individual item to request said packaging and not just add to basket) I was told by customer service that UPS shoved my package off to USPS and that it was my fault for not clicking through their not user friendly system. 0 stars given. Oh and don’t bother emailing customer service they don’t respond.

    Ordered an item 30 April. Says it was paid and shipped 1 may. Sent countless emails and calls and voicemails and messages on the website and email via PayPal just for tracking. Never got it. 30 days after it was shipped I was refunded. They never shipped it. They just were trying to scam.
