      I made an appointment based on their great reviews. I didn't sense I was getting screwed until after I paid the added diagnostic fee ($700+ total). I knew it when I received three estimates charging 2 to 5 times ($4300-$15000) what the project will cost. They have a record of doing this. A review posted by another posted the same day they came to my home is attached. The BBB reports a history of overcharging.The CEO is a felon. ********************************************************************************************************************************* Excessive pricing isn't a crime. I should have been more careful. There are victimless crimes, but this company made me and others crimeless victims.

      Set up for a technician to come out on 11/20/24 for a replacement main breaker. The technician said I needed a whole new 100 amp service wire, breakers and breaker box which I do agree with. I was then quoted $8400 for parts and labor. I was able to research all the parts at ***** and ********** for about $1200. I had an electrical company come out and fix the breaker for $200 and quoted the replacement for everything at $1800 that's a $6600 difference. Are their electrical components made of gold? I also had to pay a $50 fee just for them to come out at look while the other company just asked that I send over pictures and gave me the quote right over the phone for free. I understand they have overhead costs and all that but to be $6600 over another company is insane. Unless it's an emergency and nobody else is available I strongly suggest you look elsewhere unless you like throwing your hard earned money out the window.

      Great job. Exactly what I wanted done. Got new service line from breaker box to meter and to main service line all done in conduit. Price was reasonable and it looks great.

      Super helpful with our electrical outlet issues, and service was dispatched and completed earlier than expected. Our electrician was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. We have used Thomas Edison several times now and would recommend to others in need of electrician services.

      Thomas Edison Electric was represented by Stan and John servicing our electrical problems throughout the house. Stan and John are professional and open fellows with a friendly personality. Thank God they were able to find the problem before a potential house fire started. Fixed the problem which was causing problems in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Inspected the outside due to a faulty install even though it's a new electrical panel box. Rechecked the outlets that were having a problem and everything is working now. Guess what? No flickering lights either. Overall we are satisfied. Time will tell for the quality of the work but, so far everything is good. Thank you to all who helped from scheduling the service appointment to coming out and doing the work.
