      We have been **** customers for many years. They consistently have unreliable service. Most recently, we have not had internet service for over 3.5 weeks. I called **** twice to report the issue. The first time they told me they were aware of the outage, techs were working on it but they had no idea when service would be restored. The second time I called, 10 days later, to say we still did not have service, I was told there were no techs in the area and I needed to wait an additional week for one to come out and work on it. In the meantime, we got ******* Fios to come and install high speed internet. When I called **** today to cancel our service the customer service person was rude to me. He wanted to know why I was leaving and when I explained, he became argumentative. Then he proceeded to tell me all the ways **** could improve my service. I told him I was not interested and wanted to cancel my service. He put me on hold for over 10 minutes and then came back on the line to tell me he cancelled our service and then rudely hung up on **** do think there are good people who work for ****, but I have not spoken or dealt with those nice people this month. As a whole, the company is broken and they do not care about their ************ not do business with this company.

      Six months after hurricane ****** and still no sign of ****! They will never recover from this lack of response.

      After making countless calls to their service department with no improvement, I decided to go to a different provider and now I have spent 10 days trying to cancel my Zito Media ************* Their poor business practices of transferring your call over and over again and then disconnecting is ridiculous. I dont think I have ever been more frustrated dealing with a business. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use Zito Media for anything! I guess my next step is to have to take legal action against them just to cancel my service I certainly wish I had looked up this F rating before I started my service.

      Terrible company. ******** customer service. Give you the runaround on the phone. Multiple hols times, multiple questions asked over and over with c*** canned music while you wait and wait and wait.

      I'm paying for high-speed internet service and not getting it. It down all the time. I'm paying for 100 megabytes second and getting about 25. It's down almost every day. I'm at the end of the line and they don't want to fix the problem. They r using the old cables from the old cable company that **** bought out. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. **** *****

      Internet has been down since Dec 20, 2024. Almost 2 weeks with no update on when it will get back up. Still getting charged though.

      This company is a fraud. Owned by the son of a cable giant who was convicted of fraud. I can't get any internet or service out of them. They have left a wire laying across the street for over a week and nobody has internet here. The wire is shredded from being ran over. Such a joke. All the employees are so shameless.

      I have had really bad service over the last year. It was out almost as much as it was on. Trying to disconnect took several days to get a hold of the right department. I was transferred 6 times and was told to call back in 15 minutes, after I had already been on the line for over 40 minutes. I tried the email but it said the recipient wasn't valid. I got the email off of thier website. I tried to message and all I got is they could not help me as that wasn't their department (diconnect). When I called back I am pretty sure it was the man who told me to call back in 15 minutes. I asked to be disconnected and refunded for the week I recently did not have service. He said they probably wouldn't refund me but he would put in the request and it would only be $10. It should have been over $20 due to that being a 4th of my bill. I have been with **** for over 1 1 years. The service wasn't always the best but in the beginning customer service was always very helpful. Over the last year the customer Service has been very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this company. This is only the 2nd time I have ever written a BBB review in over 25 years, but I feel like **** is no longer a company that is about helping their customers.

      Customer disservice is a joke. They read from a script and refuse to escalate issues to supervisors or manager. My issue was a misapplied payment from 2022. After sending proof of payment on several occasions, still getting past due notices and threats of collections. One star is too much.
