      Was not told the truth in Jan 2024. Went with an extended contract as my bill went up. I was able to get a better deal if I with with a faster speed internet. I did that and was told it would be for 2 years. Well supervisor looked and said 6 months. Only they did not me know. My recent bill was ***** higher. Called today and they can do nothing for me. I don't think they really give a rip if they keep customers or not. We dropped their TV as they could not get it to work. I am in a rural area and do not have many options.

      We have been without internet since July 18th...due to Zito Media performing maintenance on the lines, however, we were told those people are the ones that caused the outage. My wife called 6 times...July 18th, July 19th, 2 times, July 20th, July 22nd and July 24th. Three were recordings and 3 with people we could hardly understand. We sent an email to their support email address on July 24th and I as well, filled out Zito Media's online complaint form the same day...we have NOT had any contact from them at all!! And we still have NO internet. We want a refund sent to us, in a check form, for ALL days our internet is off. They are NOT providing us adequate service.

      Zito Media is the worst company. Their internet is complete garbage, going down practically every single day for anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 hours. Do you ever get an apology when you call in? No. Do the reps seem to care? No. Do they ever give you an explanation? Never. Sometimes they even play games and act like they have no idea what you're talking about, saying the signal looks good on their end. Meanwhile, neighbors are experiencing the same issue with no signal. It's just a garbage service.

      Among the worst internet provider I have ever had we have been without our services for over a week know and they have yet to figure out why its not working and when I say out I mean we dont have any access to the internet at all. After several hrs on the phone calling 2 times a day Id think the would have it figured out but nope and saying iit could be a few more days no explanation no anything except to remind me that I owe them ***** I said fix my internet correctly and I will pay up Im not gonna continue to pay for spotty service at best n no service for past week.. they want there money but dont want to fix the problems if you can avoid using ziti media service Id do so at all cost. We are monopolized here in our area so options are null ziti media if your gonna monopolize areas make sure your up to par cause as of right know if I could id definitely go elsewhere for the services I currently pay for and do not receive from you

      Constant run around for a year and half with internet outages and almost non existent upload speeds. Im paying for the *********** and Im lucky to get just barely over 1.4 mbps upload speeds. The response is always, there is a maintenance work order for your area. Its never fixed and the ******************* gets paid every month. The Escalations Coordinator lied on his last response saying the matter was fixed for my area as of May 2nd. He has also refused to call me back when I notified them on June 26th that the problem was still exactly the same. He also tried to say my account was on a seasonal holdwhy would I be calling repeatedly about Internet problems if Im not using the Internet. It is a scam of a business. Customers like me are paying for services and not receiving what we are paying for. The infrastructure is not being maintained and the customer service is trained to always say the same thing with no actual help available. Refund the customers what they are due for the month and months of services that dont match what is being billed. Fix your infrastructure to actually provide said services or just close down already because at this point its a fraud. I have numerous documented phone calls to back up my claims. The company knows there is a major ***** problem impacting this community and yet for 18 months it has never been fixed. They want to tell me its probably my equipment issues or its this or that. My equipment is all brand new, updated and maintained to work for the speeds Im paying for. They cant say the same.

      Absolutely terrible service and technician service. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! For three years I have been dealing with intermittent service so bad that I can't watch even a ******* short let alone stream a movie! I have a pacemaker transmitter that throws error codes nonstop due to intermittent service. Multiple technicians have been out to my house over the years and one says one thing and the other contradicts. One has improved my service and the other makes it trash. If you call their "support", they have you unplug this reset that but all to no avail. Brain dead phone answering service just following protocol. They really don't know anything at all and just following a flow chart.If you have no other options, get starlink. At least **** has a clue.Run as fast as you can from zito media. Should be zero media....

      I don't even have the service yet and this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. We signed up, they scheduled us for the following Friday from 1-3 pm. My boyfriend took a day off work to accommodate. On Tuesday, they called confirming our appointment on Wednesday. We told them the appointment was Friday, they claim we never had one Friday. Rescheduled us to the following Tuesday. Called Monday night, rescheduled us to the following Thursday. Boyfriend takes another day off to accommodate. They no show. When bf calls, we are told the tech called off that day. Nobody let us know. Scheduled for two weeks out (earliest they had) and I am currently missing ANOTHER day of work and the tech is a no show. If there were any other high speed options in my area, I would have cancelled the install a long time ago. Unfortunately we have no other options. This company HORRIBLE customer service.

      **** raised my bill 30 plus dollars without warning. Their internet goes out many times a month and for hours at a time. When I called and explained I had to drive 6 miles into town to get internet or use my phone the woman at the other end of the line told me to go to the library in a rude tone. I wish I had kept track of how often my Internet and for how long it goes out. I can't believe the *** has not looked into this company. When it works it works great but we lose connection very often and the workers are rude. I only have 3 options for internet and unfortunately this is my best option.

      This company is awful! Internet is constantly in and out. I have a small business and it is pretty embarrassing when someone is trying to pay and the internet is down. I do not know how many sales I have lost do to downed service. If you call and actually get to talk to someone that understands english, they automatically place the blame on you. With comments "you set up your modem wrong" and the old slacker response" try resetting your modem", "maybe your password is wrong". You will never hear Zito Media take responsibility for their poor service. How does a company buy out a perfectly working service provider(High Country Cable) and run it so deep in the ground in such a short amount of time? We will never know.

      Been "stuck" with them since 2016. They bought up my local cable company (who had great service), and most others within a 75 radius over the last 10 years. Now nobody in the area has reliable internet other than Starlink. Their call volume is that high that calls to them get routed to ***** with reps that can't even pronounce their issued American names. Repeated buffering, outages, excuses, and reps on the phone that are lost outside of the script on their screen. Countless hours spent on phone while they "refresh" the moden, or check the signal. That didn't do anything the last 30 times, it probably won't again. The only way to get any kind of help is to use one of the hidden but findable local 814 area code phone numbers that at least gets the call to Coudersport instead of *****. After two weeks, they finally admitted there is a problem with the signal at my house, but can't get a tech here until JULY 23, 2024. MORE THAN A MONTH AWAY. I'm following my neighbors to Starlink. That's about the only viable choice in this area.
