1 starRite Aid pharmacy didn't disclose ingredients or harmful side effects to the medication they gave me (M 40), first time ever receiving it, and as a result the medication damaged my heart, cost me my job, and all of my savings. When I confronted them about this, they told me that I didn't know what I was talking about, and to "Go F Myself" even though they already verified that i was in their system and received said medication. *********** in ********. Very nasty people. The place is actually being closed down tomorrow over a different issue. I will ABSOLUTELY be suing them.Review fromJoseph M

1 starTerrible Pharmacy in Douglasville, PA. Be careful they try to overcharge everyone. I've had prescriptions go from 142 dollars to 1.38 by just telling them to rerun. I wonder what happens to people who are sick and just pay the exorbitant price without asking.Review fromCindy H

1 starI have not been receiving my regular notifications when my medication's are ready. For some reason they stopped coming and I don't know when my prescriptions are available for pick up. As it is since you close my local store I have to travel 20 miles round trip to get my meds and I need to know when they are available. Supposed to get a call from a specialist and I never got it. I finally just gave up after talking to corporate and my Pharmacy who just keep pointing fingers at each other. Now when I called- I am told I don't have any refills available on an important breathing medication that your website says I have eight more refills available! Rite Aid is a terrible company. Customer Service and Pharmacy are the worse. I am leaving Rite Aid because of this reasoning and the fact that they are complicit in the opioid epidemic that destroyed so many lives in this country. Rite is a bad company and they should be ashamed of themselves. I sincerely hope they go out of business!Review fromLei G

1 starI go to rite aid because they always have my medication ready to pick up within 1 hr at the place I used to live. Since I had to move I moved my rite aid to this location and just at the beginning is always hell to deal with them. I have sent so many complaint and I don’t see any changes and it all started from my medication that I was prescribed 120 pills and only gave me 80 and when I called to let them know is wrong count because I counted it and the way they talked to me like I was lying and I was wrong …I was so upset ready to cry and it took them 2 wks to get it all figured out… Because I had to contact the corporate for them to take it more seriously and it was their fault put me in so much stress and all they said was they counted it wrong…. No other apology its like just another day. So now every time I get my med it’s nothing but problem , rude , they will said pick up in 1hr and I will give them time extra 1-2hrs when u go there to pick it up still not ready in time and have to wait another 30min and wait in line. They are always rude to anyone and everyone and I work in medical field too so I tried my best to understand them but they are the worst. I was in urgent care last week and my antibiotic wasn’t ready until after the holiday and my pain med they have been holding on for 2 days now even after my doctor send it to them and also confirm to fill but they still won’t fill them and kept saying they don’t have it. I was in URGENT care ?!?!?!? What are u people doing ?Review fromAnnette B

1 starI have tried to overlook things I notice but, it now needs to be addressed. Last year I witnessed one of the techs, visabily sick and not feeling well, sneeze all over my pills she was counting out and filled in the bottle. When they wanted me to pay for it, I informed the Pharmacist that I wasnt taken the pills after she sneezed all over them. He had her redo the persciption but she just poured out more pills on the same board that she did not clean or sanitize and they brought them back to me to pay. What do you do? At that point I came home, got my prayer warriors together, and prayed I would not get sick. Since that expierence I have witnessed, almost every month, the techs handeling money, working the register and then going back up to fill orders without any hand hygiene. I mean not washing, using sanitize or disenfective wipes; just opening containers with thier hands and filling and touching customers pills. "YUCK" Again, I let it go and said nothing, because you dont want them to start intentionally spitting, coughing, spilling pills on the floor and picking them up and putting them in your bottle, all because you complained. But, after this last visit I have had it. I had notified my pharmacy not to switch the manufactures on my medication and to notate it on my file. They have known this about me for the past 3 years. I informed them if you dont have it, just wait until you do then fill it. Over and over again they keep switching the manufacturer; when they do the only nice pharmacist they have will change it for me when he is there. But, when he isnt there the other staff continue to change the manufacturer to be smart and fill it anyway with a different one. So this last visit they did it and I didnt take the medication. I took a few steps from the desk and they started talking about me aloud. The female pharmacist and 2 techs called me a problem and said they didnt like it. I stepped up to the counter so they could see I heard them and walked away.Review fromFrances K

1 starIts no wonder Rite Aid has filed bankruptcy. I waited 40 minutes in the line in ****************** PA the person in front of me talked to four different employees about their prescriptions. The employees at that location are horrible about customer service. They obviously dont care. Needless to say, I will never spend another dime at a Rite Aid and rightfully so that they are going to be bankrupt. much deserved. How can accompany that has Peoples health on the line be so irresponsible.Review fromamy r

1 starI would give rite aid in ***** , ** staff a 5 star review usually except yesterday and this morning.MONDAY AUG. ******* AND TUESDAY MORNING AUG. 27, 2024 i would give them a -15 star review!I usually get my pain meds on a regular 28 day appointment however i became ill and had full body pain along with my chronic pain issues , so my doctor prescribed an increase in said med 4 days early. The pharmacist on duty refuses to refill the prescription and said that it is her call. I spoke with a lawyer asking about such thing as he did state she does have the right to do so unless not filling a prescription can cause serious harm or death. according to the mayo health opioid withdrawal CAN BE life-threatening. I called the doctors office and let them know what was happening I also called the insurance company who then called the pharmacist herself with approval and yet again it was refused to be filled. I have had increased heart palpitations, severe pain and weakness and dehydration from sweating as well as frightening anxiety, I have filed a complaint with Rite-Aid and will continue to pull forwards with my complaint. Thank you for your timeReview fromSharon L

1 starDo not buy any gardening tools from this store. They are trash. They don't work. I'm primarily talking about a gardening shovel. It bans very easy when I go to plant things. I'm just so frustrated. You really have to read your reviews before you buy anything in this world. Also, I work at *****'s in ************. I noticed a lot of comments about The pharmacy there at rite aid. Ralphs has a pharmacy and is located at *********************. I use it and I believe our pharmacy is wonderful. Anyone who is not happy with rite aid should check it out
