      Bought a bunch of pants to try on. Returned all but 2. 0 hassle, it was just like an Amazon experience except shipping was slower and customer service was top of the line, clearly not contracted out. Excellent, always good to do business on revzilla

      I ordered a helmet and was told over the phone that it would be shipped ****. It was shipped ***** surepost. It ended up in ********************. I live in **********************. It took days of runarounds from various customer service people to finally get a refund. I had to demand an email confirmation that they would issue a refund. They were very evasive about doing that.
