    PGw is stating that I owe a bill from 2014 Where I resided at ************* I moved and told them to shut off the service they did not now they say I owe the money all I'm trying to do is get a payment arrangement I have a sick Babie in the house they will not allow me to use medical emergency form I need help..

    Around November 2021 pgw began charging a weather normalization fee. In reviewing my bills, they were all plus or minus within $5 of my bill amount until this month. My current invoice lists a fee of $146, which is 200% of my actual usage bill (current invoice is $215, $146 due to said fee). In looking online, this is happening across the entire city with no warning. 200% is an extremely excessive amount, when I (and presumably most of the city) is surviving paycheck to paycheck in this economy. It is simply unfair.
