      If I could, I'd give 0 stars. GoPuff, you allow fraudulent drivers to work for your company (someone never dropped off my delivery yesterday, despite claiming to), and your so-called "delivery" can take up to 2 hours. I don't know what kind of business model you're running, but you need to rebrand and strengthen your operations or close your business down. Are either or your names on here even BBB accredited?

      I have never used this service or company. This company charged my debit card $99.56 as I slept sick in bed. Woke up to a fraud alert from my bank. I believe this company is known for fraudulent charges the more I look into them. I spoke to "Nika" from their customer service. She had no idea what she was talking about and contradicted herself several times. First she said they have a fraud department then when I asked to be transferred there she said they actually didn't have one. She didn't bother to take any information to identify the fraudulent charge. She said my bank should just give me back my money anyway. I told her I have to wait because the charge is still pending and my bank said that it's most probably going through. If it does an investigation will happen. Then she said a big word salad to get me off the line. Sadly, she had such a strong Indian accent that I could barely understand her. I'm sorry but that accent usually, but not always means it's a scam. GET FRAUD PROTECTION FOLKS!!

      I had multiple issues,even spoke to someone from corporate and now a few days later having the same lousy inconsiderate customer service. They have my money held up and have no reasonable explanation. I’m ready to go to the news. This is ridiculous.

      My credit card was hacked and all transactions were only to this company... I never did business with this company, Obviously something unethical is going on here. Are they working with hackers or directly involved? I cannot tell, but all transactions lead back here!

      Opened a Go Puff account and tried the services. I referred my mom and brother and both of them placed three or more orders. To date i have yet to receive my referral credits. I've contacted customer service about this and am constantly re-routed to another staff member and never finding resolution to my problem. They advertise you get referral credits for referring friends and family yet they do not follow through with issuing the referral credit. Due to my job I am unable to call the customer service line and so I choose to chat and am constantly being told I need to call to find a resolution to my issue or even to speak with a supervisor or manager. This is simply unacceptable. This company should be able to find a resolution via chat or call but instead make excuses and try to get you to call their hotline. I specifically spoke to a customer service agent by the name of Pearl Chariss and she was not helpful whatsoever.

      Keep charging me $6.95 every month. I removed my credit card, canceled the subscription, deleted my account, and they still charge me every month. Will be calling my bank to get a new credit card. Shameful company.

      Gopuff, I believed was a great opportunity for employment. Independent contracting has always been my field of work. And I love the work, as well as the environment. However,, since Gopuff and Stripe has emerged together, in order to make instant cash out payments possible, Gopuff and their counter part, Stripe, have both become Dick Heads. And should both be taken out of the American Business Trade, all together. I have been a so called Driver/ Partner for nearly a year or so. And everything was going really well for months. Right up until the time when I lost my debit card which attached my bank account. Then after foolishly reporting this event to Gopuff and being sent over to the Stripe counterparts. All of my future payments of money earned thereafter, have been completely frozen. I haven't had a successful payment transaction since Aug.10th 2022. When it is now, Sept. 27th 2022. Leaving me, still working and earning more money, that I am still fighting to have processed into my account, via. Direct deposit. Thus,Gopuff and Stripe payroll handlers, seem to be very in considerate. And have run me around in circles for over a month trying to get them to pay me for services I have already preformed. I would highly recommend anyone, of interest, never to work for either of these companies. They are both theives and liars.

      Horrible company to work for, Their attacking our workers with false reports. It is unfair that our employee that works very hard are the ones who their attacking. This Company need to be looked at as soon as possible. Their playing with people jobs and making them jobless for no reason.
