  My mother was admitted to the Roxborough Memorial Hospital on the 3rd floor . I received a telephone call June 5th 2023 at 7:33Am indicating that my mother failed out of her bed. I was also told that a phone call was made to me June 4th 2023 at 9:00 PM. However, I had no missed calls from the hospital. I became concerned because I didn't have any missed calls, I asked the nurse manager how did my mother fall if the alarms where on the bed and the rails were up? She didn't have any answers? I immediately came to the hospital asking questions and no one could give me answers I was told they believe my mother fail out of the bed around 9 PM I asked if there wouldn't be any assuming but documents of the report. The nurse manager stated he was going to get the information yet never returned. I was never given an explanation as to what happened to my mother and it's apart of the patient rights to know this information. I am my mother's power of attorney. I simply want to know what happen that night.
