    Roxborough hospital have occurances of where intravenous admixture bags are made in the common walking area whenever the IV room is inoperable, technicians who make the intravenous admixtures are openly vaping beforehand, technicians who openly proclaim they are sick and presenting with evidence of persistent hacking coughs are urged by manager to continue making intravenous admixtures regardless of potentially exposing infection to other critically ill patients on respirators and hanging onto a thread for their dear life, expired potent narcotics such as fentanyls and lorazepams are disposed of in common area everyday trash bin which makes diversion readily accessible to anyone.
