      I started a claim with ************* Services on March 10, 2023. I missed a night of my vacation at a resort because of a snow storm. ***** offers a benefit called Trip Cancellation where you can be reimbursed for expenses that you lost out on because of weather. After nearly 2 months, I have sent them 14 supporting documents and they have not resolved my case. Not only that, they ask for new documents each time. Here have been my back and forth with them:3/10/23: Uploaded original documents 3/14/23: Was asked to provide the following documents:-A copy of your original itinerary which includes the dates of travel, name of travelers and cost of the trip.-A copy of the monthly billing statement -The Travel Supplier(s) confirmation of any refunds/credits for future travel provided because of the cancellation.-A brief statement outlining the cardholder's relationship to the other traveler(s).3/22/23: Was asked to provide the following documents:-Documentation substantiating the reason for cancellation. THIS WAS NOT IN THE FIRST EMAIL -The itinerary you provided was insufficient. Please provide the complete itinerary which includes the dates of travel, name of travelers and cost of the trip.-All travel supplier confirmations of refunds/credits for future travel provided because of the cancellation for each claimed travel expense.3/31/23: Was asked to provide the following documents:-All travel supplier confirmations of refunds/credits for future travel provided because of the cancellation for each claimed travel expense. -Please provide supporting documentation for proof of domestic partnership. THIS WAS NOT IN THE FIRST OR SECOND EMAIL 4/24/23: Was asked to provide the following documents:-The copy of the Travel Supplier's Cancellation or Refund Policies. UPLOADED 3/10 -A copy of the monthly billing statement. UPLOADED 3/16 -The refund or credit documentation was incomplete. THEY TOLD ME ON THE PHONE IF I SCREENSHOTTED AN EMAIL THEY WOULD ACCEPT IT

      Nature of dispute: As of the date of this complaint, Chubb Federal Insurance does not have a properly operating phone line to update or address a claimant's claims. The claimant has to dial ************ and is left on hold without routing the caller to a representative. The Bank who assigned the claim to the Insurance Company confirmed the company's phone line is not operating properly, and advised that a claimant must leave a message. My claim has been pending review since February 2023.

      One of their insured driver was backing straight at our parked truck(in the truck stop) at 100%fault and we reported to them and they opened a claim and now more than a week waiting for them to assign an adjuster to inspect our damaged vehicle(semi tractor) but with no answer from them and they keep telling us that they are reviewing the coverage...now they are answering or returning our phone calls???what a disaster insurance???

      I been paying this company since 2018 and just 2 months ago was trying to find my policy number and what my policy was worth and could not find the correct information until I stop direct debit then they forward me a letter with a surrender charge and value of my policy so I canceled the policy then they sent my check to an incorrect zip code were it was a letter sent to them with the correct address and zip code so I have not received my money.

      I submitted a claim for a microwave that stopped functioning after a manufacturer warranty ended but still within the warranty period that my credit card offered. All the documents requested by the insurer were submitted for claim processing. The insurer denied the claim saying they've called the manufacturer and that this wouldn't be a covered defect under the original manufacturer warranty. This completely baseless argument as the defect is a mechanical breakdown that affected the opening/closing of the microwave door. A plastic piece inside the door assembly where the door spring latches broke causing door to not shut. No replacement part is available to fix this other than replacing the entire door assembly.

      In January I purchased a backpack sprayer with my **** card. It was after the 30 day return period when I realized I was unhappy with the performance of the unit and decided to exercise my return protection of my credit card. This policy is managed by ********Initially my claim was denied due to "defective merchandise", but that wasn't the case and I appealed and my claim was next denied because the product was used.Claim # **********

      Healthy Paws a subsidiary of Chubb Insurance canceled my pet insurance on my pet who has been insured with them for over 5 years without prior notice. This was done within 30 days of a missed payment that I was informed of and when called was told an email was sent which I didn't receive when asking for the address it was an address I haven't been at for over 4 years. I've never missed a single payment in over 5yrs and now they've used this illegal tactic to increase premiums (3x the previous rate) on their customers. Requesting my policy be reinstated at the previous rate or that my premiums to date be refunded due to this.

      Yes I have a claim pending with this company for travel credit card benefits. The claim was started in January of 2023. I have provided an extremely extensive amount of documentation. They continue to state this documentation is insufficient for my benefits. They do not let me speak with a claims adjuster or a supervisor. They are not communicating the status of my claim.

      I filed a claim with them for one of my **** benefits, I have submitted every single peace documentation they asked for and every time they come up with more. Currently they want me to file the claim with my homeowners insurance which has a deductible of $2500 when my claim is only $280. ******** from this company agreed that the insurance company obviously would not pay anything... but insists that I get a letter from my carrier saying so. I don't want to do this as this may cause issues with them in the future raising my future policy's costs upward. I don't see the need and ******************** agreed with me

      Hello i Received a insurance check for my house getting flooded to make a long story short the insurance company sent me a check with 4 payees on it which we verified all of them. the last one is a bank which my bank tried verifying and they were unsuccessful after months trying this my bank was ***** they said to get Chubb to just stop the old one and send me a new check, as to which i tried doing that but Chubb is saying they cant cause its showing cashed in they're system which doesn't make sense they cant stop, I've done and do plenty of business with companies we have had situations we have had to stop for instance if check is stolen etc. which is obviously not making sense to me because i had a flood and i had to pay contractors etc.and ive yet been able to use the money, all I'm asking is the check they sent to me they should STOP and send me a new one so i can continue and move on from this tragedy
