  Hannah Long of Hannah Long Jewelry (.com) told me that she would make me a ring and a pennant from my 3 rings if I shipped them to her. Mrs. Long told me to wrap the rings in a tissue and mail my three rings in a box inside a larger box and ship by *** (no extra insurance needed.) I shipped my 3 rings to Hannah Long, *** *********** ***, Unit ***, Philadelphia, PA ***** by *** 4/28/2023. Mrs. Long denies she told me to put the rings in a tissue inside the box. She found 2 of my rings but first denied that she received my 3rd ring. She constantly said she would book for the 3rd ring. She returned only 2 of my 3 rings and said she could not make the ring I asked for. I asked that she return my third ring or send me a cashier check for $250. On 5/20/2023 Mrs Long that she would locate my 3rd ring and would get back to me. On 5/24/2023 Mrs. Long wrote if we haven't found your ring by Friday, I'll send you a check. On 6/5/2023, she wrote I'm trying to appraise the value of your ring. Where did you come up with the $250 figure. On 6/6/2023, I stated that I paid $250 for the ring at a jewelry store some time ago. She wrote, you sent me the ring to use as scrap which is worth a lot less than buying a new piece. I have tried to call her business phone no. ************ many time, but her phone mailbox is always full and can't accept any messages. On 6/7/2023 I wrote to Mrs. Long that I now needed to take further action. I contacted BBB in Philadelphia, PA for assistance. On 6/9/2023 I wrote "Hannah - it would be lovely if you sent me a check or my ring back - please Hannah."

  Please have Hannah Long Jewelry refund me half of the value of my opal ring which amounts to $125 by certified check or money order so I can finalize and end the complaint I.D. Number ******** asap.
