    I love perpay!!! The price is little more than average but you get your items and I send a little extra so I can get paid off and get more items. Increases are frequent without you even requesting. I love perpay!!! Best thing since slice bread.

    Absolutely great service that they provide! The only complaint I have is the "success team" customer support is a slow to respond to your chats. I'm very glad that I stumbled upon the company and would recommend to anyone!

    Horrible I will never use again. I ordered a iPhone 14, the phone that was sent was locked and was unable to unlock. I then returned the phone for a replacement and the replacement that was sent out was locked as well. By this time I asked for a refund it took them 2 weeks to get the return label to me and is currently giving me they run around about a refund and withholding $1,100. Communication behind it is horrible and unprofessional

    If I can a 0 rating I would. I had to give a 1 so I can leave my review. I thought this was a great way to build my credit but I was wrong. I’ve ordered my merchandise and had my payments being deducted from my payroll every 2 weeks faithfully. I never missed a payment and I was never late. My last payment was deducted from my paycheck last pay period. I received an alert saying my account is paid in full-that’s why I received the credit increase. First I received a 300.00 increase which I was okay with. I tried to place my order and was denied?? When I reach out to CSR by email, I receive an email much later saying my order was denied pending my account going to delinquent status???? How in the world can my account go into delinquent status when payments was made bi weekly. I was never late and my credit line was increased. I previously recommended this company to a few people but now I’ve retracted my statement. A company is not only strong as it employees but as strong as the communication with their customers!! Try at your own risk!

    I’ve been trying to cancel my account for the last hour. It just keeps telling me to try again later that there’s a problem.. can’t contact anyone for help. This sucks

    I placed an order for a Christmas tree. Which was absolutely shameful. The branches were limp and all different sizes throughout this 5 foot tree that was really 4 feet tall. i’m having a hard time reaching this company to send this pitiful tree back to them. I will never again order another thing from this company. I wish that I could Attach a picture of the tree!

    Took my first direct deposit payment then someone named "Tom" emailed me to clarify payment. I have since requested to refund my payment and close my account with no response back and no phone number or anyway to contact any kind of support.
