              I purchased a pair of sneakers from this company on 7/12/23 and after tracking my order it says it was shipped from the Snipes warehouse 7/14/23 and it also says that *** has yet to receive the merchandise. Today is 7/24/23 and *** still has not received the merchandise to ship to me. Snipes does not have a customer service number so that I can speak with a person about my order, but instead they have a online chatbot that automatically ends the chat when it cant assist you and it says to expect an email from a team member well the problem is I have been using the online chat box for 4 days now and still no team member has contacted me about this order and everytime the chatbox ends the conversation and says wait for a team member. This is beyond frustrating!!! and in order to get a refund the same process applies. this is no way to treat customers

              DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TRASH WEBSITE. ORDERED 5 PRODUCTS AND RECEIVED THE WRONG ONES WITH SECURITY TAGS ON THEM. EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO RESPONSE. FILLED OUT THE RETURN REQUEST AND NOTHING. THIS BUSINESS IS GOING TO FAIL WITH ITS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
