      I ordered two pair off shoes on 2/4/2025 the shoes arrived on 2/9/2025 cool, I opened the first box there is one shoe in the box, I opened the second box one shoe in the box, the shoes were for my lady for valentines day, I immediately emailed customer service, took them three days to respond they asked for my order number and pics, I did that just for them to tell me that they couldn't send out anymore shoes, so I responded with if I ordered another pair they would send, but since they already got paid and my order wasn't fulfilled they didn't care, they offered a refund, I didn't want the refund I wanted what I paid for, after a couple more nasty emails now they don't want to offer me a refund, don't ever buy anything from them, don't worry they won't be in business wrong treating people like this

      What they did to me was unbelievable. I bought some jordan 3 black cats and snipes preceeded to send me fake jordan 3 black cats. Then they made me pay the $20 shipping to return the fake shoes to them. Now their making me wait 7 days to get my refund. Absolutely ridiculous. And the fact they thought they were going to send me fake shoes and get away with it. No not happening and if you don't credit my money back by Thurs you'll be lucky if I don't call and dispute the charge bc you will of been had your things back for awhile then. I can't believe what this store has put me through. Not only will I never shop again with them, I will warn everyone I know not to also. They looked nothing like the real ones I had already from Nike. The stitching was skipping holes and everything else. The paper was darker. The print was different on the shoes. Everything. Sad that business done all this to me. I'll never shop there again. Ever. Their customer service is horrible also.

      Customer service is the worse they don’t even have a live agent to speak to you can only chatt I ordered two pairs of footwear I only received one pair the package sheet said both pairs was in the box no both pairs was not in the box only the one pair I contacted them on the chatt they said send them pictures but didn’t give me a option to send also the package looked like it was opened already it came by UPS I put a complaint in on them also but they said deal with Snipes never again will I order from them again

      This business is fraudulent. I purchased sneakers online and i never received a confirmation email. The number to the store doesn't work. I had to talk to a bot to talk to a man named *********. The confirmation number i was given did not work and he said my sneakers were delivered and stolen. Real shady business being run and in my 7 years of living in my house i never had a package stolen. I was told i was being given a 1 time refund and they couldnt fulfill my order.

      SNIPES ***** DONT ORDER FROM THEM I ORDERD A PAIR OF SHOES ON 26th OF OCTOBER THOUGH (KLARNA) I WAS HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING ONTO MY ACCOUNT TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER I WAS ASKED TO VERIFY MY EMAIL THOUGH CODE ON THEIR APP NEVR RECEIVED A EMAIL SO IVE SENT 7 EMAILS TO THEM FOR HELP WITH THIS I STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE NOW KLARNA CANT ISSUE ME A REFUND FOR MY FIRST PAYMENT OR CANCEL MY ORDER TILL I REACH OUT TO SNIPES BUT HOW IF THEY DONT REPLY BACK AND THERES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO REACH TO THEM THNKS I WILL NEVR AGAIN PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND SNIPES TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

      This store is disgusting they let the employees discriminate customers and you cant even contact anyone its only through email. My biracial children were with me at jimmy jazz in ************ and the manager says to me you know they are on their people time I said what does that even mean she proceeded to say you know black peoples time disgusting then I was just disgusted by that situation and started walking out of the store with my kids she then yells its okay I can talk like that my mom loves black dudes. Then a district manager got let go a week before that employees who were not on the clock she would yell to come in the store so she could laugh about this district manager being fired and also let me remind you there were customers in this store at this time as well. Another time I was in there she was talking to me I said I think they need help she said no do you see them they aint got no money they just come in here so basically because you are black you dont have money to her. Then I have been writing this email and they had a district manager from ***** who knows nothing about that store call me and offer me 25% off my next purchase I laughed and is in contact with a lawyer.

      ***** NEVER SHOP IN THIS STORE AGAIN..... PURCHASED A PAIR OF TENNIS SHOES THAT I CAN'T EVEN RETURN FOR A LARGER PAIR IS INSANE TO ME. HOW DO THESE STORES GET AWAY WITH THIS ........NEVER AGAIN.......NOT TO MENTION TRYING TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS POOR. NO ONE RESPONDS

      they do not even deserve a one star i ordered online they canceled my order and a refund was never issued i contacted the store the employees state they cant do anything about it have to send an email

      Ordered an item in 8/10/24. Contacted the merchant several times through email they telling me that *** has possession of the package that says that there is a delay. Call *** said that they do not have possession of the package that I need to reach the merchant. Email the merchant several times which would be snipes . Nobody is responding or communicating currently . Please stay away from this company. They were definitely scammers now I have to fight to see if I can get my money back. Definitely stay away from this bad business I would not recommend this to my dog
