Snipes charged my card for $174 dollars for a purchase made in May which I am disputing since my last purchase was for $130 in March. why am I being charged 174 numerous times since may for a purchase I DID NOT MAKE I need my money backInitial Complaint

i purchased a pair of shoes for my 5 year old.. a staff at the store measured my sons foot. she told us he wore a size 12c. we purchased shoes. we out the shoe on my sons foot and he had them on for 30 minutes in the car. when he said his feet was hurting i took the shoe off and looked at them and his foot and he had red marks on his foot. the salesperson measured his foot wrong because his foot was measured at another store and he wears a 13 to a 1. and now they wont return the shoes saying because he wore them but never touched the ground with the shoe. they are refusing to exchange them or to refund us because of poor measurements.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers online to been pick up at the store SNIPES located on ************* MALL and this is what happened:-PACKAGE MARKED AS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE STORE ON ************* MALL LOCATION BUT STORE NEVER RECEIVED THEM - first package order: #*********** SKU:*********** Order date 5/25/23 was delivered to store on 5/31/23 (supposedly)-second package order:#*********** SKU:*********** Order date 5/30/23 was delivered to store on 6/03/23 (supposedly)I spoke with **** the manager and he told me this been happening to other costumers when the place an order online to been pick up at the store, To me it looks suspicious from the carrier ( *** or **** )I think they are stealing the packages and marked them as (delivered) All I want is my money back and I will never buy from the store SNIPES EVER AGAIN !Transaction ID from *** *** first order :***************** Transaction ID from *** *** second order:*****************Business response

I placed an order with Snipes and I have NOT received my package! I reached out to Snipes via email and I attempted calling them several times. None of the numbers are active! The virtual attendant is not available EVER! They have not responded to my online service request. At this point I don't even want the merchandise I want my money back. May 28th I went into a location to purchase shoes for my child’s upcoming birthday. Never paid attention to the shoe because im preparing for a party. Next day I realized the the shoe had a few scuff marks and the sole of the shoe was dirty. It’s just like why would you resell a shoe that has already been worn because clearly someone returned that shoe and they never noticed it while making the return. The employees need to be more observant with stuff like this so someone else wouldn’t have to deal with this issue. It’s unfair for the next customer.Initial Complaint

Purchased a pair of ******’s on April 20th. Shoes was worn by son and they were squeaking. Initially I thought they were too big but they fit nice. He wore again, and they still continued to squeak. It appears something is off with the shoe. Son went to return them and was told they cannot resell them. I shared that they shouldn’t resell them because it appears to be a damaged pair. She placed me on hold and came back saying I had to reach out to the manufacturer. I shared that’s not my job. I brought it from them. I shared that it appears the sneakers are fake with that squeak . Woman got irate , yelled we don’t sell fake shoes and hung up in my face after a few choice words . My niece called back to speak to store manager and the store manager yelled we don’t take back worn shoes. We have a pair of ******s that appear to be a defect that we are stuck with !Initial Complaint

April 27th $55.00 **** Hoodie I would like to return it for a full refund. I no longer need the garment. I no longer have a receipt but show proof of purchase via my **** card and they refused to accept it. I contact headquarters and they stated that they cannot do anything since each store is individually owned. Only the store manager cannot accept the refund decision. So far no one is trying to help me. Everyone just turns me away.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: although I do not have the receipt, the original tags are on the item and I provided my **************** statement showing that the garment was paid for on the date of purchase at the said store how much the garment costs. I requested for a receipt to be emailed to me at *********************** but I did not get one. You should be able to look up the label of the item and confirm it came from your store.

I try to return the shoes but it wasn’t successful. I been trying to contact snipes customer service but they don’t answer my email, I try to chat only bot answering and it keeps saying no agent available at this time. I filled form and they don’t answer. Please don’t shop with snipes unless you really want it. Some items will be final sale but regardless final sale or not you can’t return them at all.Business response

On May 1 I made a purchase for 180$ for a pair of ***** * **** **. However, when I received my package the incorrect shoe was in there. I have made phone calls and emails to customer support. No one is answering the phone and no one has yet to respond via email. Thank you
