On July 7th I ordered 2 pairs of crocs for my son for pick up at the snipes location on Oregon avenue. July 14th they sent me a cancellation email stating one of the crocs I ordered was out of stock. So on July 11th I get a notification saying the crocs have been delivered to ***************** store location. Today is July 18th I went to the store they keep telling me they have no crocs for me at their store even tho it say the shoes were delivered July 11th they told me its nothing I can do and contact snipes through email I been trying to contact them and I get no response!!! I just want my money back at this point i paid for shoes I dont even have. Now all of a sudden the pick up date keep changing everyday if they were delivered to the store July 11th where is my stuffBusiness response

I originally placed an order for four pairs of shoes that were on sale. I originally was supposed to pay for this order through ****** Pay in 4, which is something they offer on the website, however it was charged to my debit card so I contacted the company to cancel my order. I received confirmation that the company canceled my order. I then proceeded to place a new order through ******. Then I began receiving multiple charges from snipes through my ****** and debit card. I contact the company multiple times and my complaint was closed out every time after being told the charges were valid. They never canceled my original order. I received shoes from my original order, and then received the same shoes from the second order. I have contacted them multiple times to explain the situation but they refuse to make the situation right. Today, I checked my email and I have another order processing for the same shoes that I have already received. I will now have to cancel my card in order to stop these charges from happening. The company refuses to make the situation right. I was told they canceled my order which was not true so I was double billed and received double shoes that I do not need and did not ask for. I am being told the charges are valid. They are not excepting responsibility for not canceling my order. The customer service is terrible. You cannot speak to anyone. It is all done via email. I am still waiting to get refunded and also stop orders from processing and being charged to my card.Business response

I ordered a pair of $110 ***** from Snipes on July 8, 2023. Order ***********. I received a package from them on July 15, 2023. There was only ONE shoe in the box. The only phone number I can find goes straight to voicemail. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Using their chat feature just says they are escalating the situation and cuts me off.Business response

I ordered sneakers for my son. When I received them, they were two completely different sneakers. I went on the company website. There is no phone number for customer service. Only says that I can pay shipping for return. Ridiculous considering they sent two different sneakers!!Business response

I returned my items online before the end of their 30 day policy. items were not worn with tags still intact. They received my return on May 23rd it is now June 21st and my return is still not processed. Their policy is Our returns team will process a refund within 5-8 business days of it being received I contacted customer service after the eighth business day and I get the same response we are experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of returns. They have stopped replying to my emails since and I just want my refundBusiness response

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers online to been pick up at the store SNIPES located on ************* MALL and this is what happened:-PACKAGE MARKED AS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE STORE ON ************* MALL LOCATION BUT STORE NEVER RECEIVED THEM - first package order: #*********** SKU:*********** Order date 5/25/23 was delivered to store on 5/31/23 (supposedly)-second package order:#*********** SKU:*********** Order date 5/30/23 was delivered to store on 6/03/23 (supposedly)I spoke with **** the manager and he told me this been happening to other costumers when the place an order online to been pick up at the store, To me it looks suspicious from the carrier ( *** or **** )I think they are stealing the packages and marked them as (delivered) All I want is my money back and I will never buy from the store SNIPES EVER AGAIN !Transaction ID from *** *** first order :***************** Transaction ID from *** *** second order:*****************Business response

I placed an order with Snipes and I have NOT received my package! I reached out to Snipes via email and I attempted calling them several times. None of the numbers are active! The virtual attendant is not available EVER! They have not responded to my online service request. At this point I don't even want the merchandise I want my money back. May 28th I went into a location to purchase shoes for my child’s upcoming birthday. Never paid attention to the shoe because im preparing for a party. Next day I realized the the shoe had a few scuff marks and the sole of the shoe was dirty. It’s just like why would you resell a shoe that has already been worn because clearly someone returned that shoe and they never noticed it while making the return. The employees need to be more observant with stuff like this so someone else wouldn’t have to deal with this issue. It’s unfair for the next customer.
