      I ordered a product on 11/04/2021 order #********* after which, within an hour I received an email cancelling the order due to inventory issues. They charged me for the product on my credit card and I have yet to see a refund. I sent them an email 11/09/2021 as follows:I placed an order which was cancelled due to stock but I have yet to see a refund. The charge is on my card for $15. Order Details Order # ********* placed November 04, 2021 Please advise, thanks.I have yet to see a response and would appreciate your help in resolving this.

      Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. With regard to your order, there was a hold placed on your card at the time of purchase for the amount of the order. Payment for the order is not processed until the order is shipped. Since the order was canceled, the payment was never processed and the hold was released on our end. If the money in your account is still on hold for this order, you will want to contact you financial institution for further assistance. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that may have occurred.

      I and my fiance have both been denied refunds for over charge on Monarch 100 proof vodka. The product has been clearly marked **** sale price for over *************************************************************************** the past with being over charging on other items. I was charged **** . Then refused my refund on marked sale price. After state alcohol tax and the **** missed deduction I then was refused my **** refund. Told they dont return alchohol by the manager on duty. I never left the store....never asked to return or completed my purchase. This was 11/5/2021 store number ***** with ***************************. The next day rose my concern to the manager on duty at 7:30 and was denied again for the same reasons. Out of their control and it was my loss. Yesterday on11/07/2021 my fiance was held up in the line 20 minutes after the exact same situation. I went in and witnessed her being told after the cashier rang and tried refunding she had lost **** and would not be refunded even if no purchases had been made. I then told the cashier he had upset and embarrassed my Fiance "*********************" same address. And I'm getting angry being ripped off and lied to. After trying to deceive and confuse her he tried it again on me. I was not leaving without my refund. He overload the price and charged **** instead. Sale price is ****. Normal price ...**** My total was **** **** state liter tax .82 state tax **** total.Register 6 transaction #****** I have no other receipts from refused refunds after the cashier's would keep them. The sale price **** directly under and clearly marked still is being over charged to **** this is false advertising and intimidation and humiliation of customers. This is not acceptable and I believe in my rights as a consumer. We have 1 or 2 of these purchases per day for at least a year and just now have caught it. They could owe us upwards of ******* back in over charges and false advertising. Thank you and appreciate your diligence and will be waiting

      My mother had surgery on October 31st and was discharged on November 2. Her medications were sent over to Rite aid. After discharging from the hospital, she went straight to the pharmacy to pick up her medications and was told her insurance could not be processed. Her medications include two very important meds for her health, one being pain medication for her surgery and another Med for her diabetes. The doctor also prescribed a glucometer to check her sugars which was also not filled. When I was able to get a hold of the pharmacy, they said I would have to call my moms insurance company to fix something on their end which would help the pharmacy process her prescriptions which I did. However, the insurance company wanted to speak directly with the pharmacy to see what the issue was and I have not been able to reach the pharmacy. I have left messages for the pharmacist to call me back, even talked with the store manager to relay the message and no calls were ever returned. My mother was in pain for three days post op with no medications nor could she even check her blood sugar levels. It is now November 5th and the issue still has not been resolved. My mom is still in Pain and still has not been able to check her sugar as per doctors orders. I called the corporate headquarters customer service line and was told that it would take another ***** hrs for them to return a call which will delay treatment again.

      My mothers name is *************, and yes she knows that I have filed a complaint to BBB. I have since then gotten my issue resolved after three days of the issue starting however I have not received a call from the District manager which I was told would reach out to me.

      The issue itself has been resolved but I would still like to hear back from the district manager to let her know that it is unacceptable for a patient to wait three days and go without their medications as this is dangerous and would like to see how this can be followed up or what actions need to be taken to prevent this in the future

      Rite aid understood the urgency of the medication I and doctor requested yet I was told by rite aid the steroid I needed they didn't have several days ago October 15th 2021. I am *********************************** and have ******** ********* and ****** ****** yet steroids help me when I feel I am relapsing and I have felt a trip to the hospital was unnecessary because rite aid promised me it would be in and delivered the following day, not several days later. Rite aid is *******************, Roseville, Michigan***************** *************** The staff jokes around, say the medication is coming and bull s**** over and over again. I need to inform the newspaper about this crap so someone who needs a job could work their. I spoke with Staff several times explaining everything and the urgency of my condition and today is Sunday October 24 th, 2021. No Medication or explanation as to why my medication haven't arrived. *********************************** ************************************************************************************ ***************

      Order ********* was never filled and even after calling the store, the associate said that she didn't see it at all in the system. This caused me to go to another pharmacy to get the much-needed meds for my son. I contacted the chat line on their website to get a refund and was told no. I am requesting a refund for an item that was not filled and is no longer needed. $15.00

      I placed an order with Rite Aid for 2 of the same items. However, when I received my package there was only 1 item inside. I contacted them directly and was told an investigation was going to take place regarding my missing item, and to want to hear from them. A week goes by and I haven't heard from them, and it wasn't until I reached out that I learned that Rite Aid is telling me that they aren't going to do anything about my missing item.

      I've been a resident for ******* of 4 years. I've helped two of my clients win City Councils: *************************, and now ***********************. So, this particular Rite Aid that I shop, is were I go frequently. However, I never encountered such torn mentally, by the Services, yet until tonight. A Cashier at the *************, New York, NY ****** location was rude, snarky, unprofessional, and not nice at all. I tried to purchase some items at the Self Help machine, and it was not operating correctly. So, the first attempt to get help, she wasn't very responsive, and the final approach she said something very offensive. I became very offended, that I didn't want to purchase anything at the store.

      I ordered a product online from Rite Aid which they say it was delivered but I never received it. I’ve called them several times speaking with reps Kathy, Janice and two others which I never received their names. Left messages for managers Dan, one other and spoke with Svtea. All in Pennsylvania. They are refusing to refund to honor my refund as they say it was delivered. I should not have to pay for something I never received. I am requesting the $51.70 of this order.

      Tell u why here...I have submitted the transaction several times that the bank reversed the transaction and I was charged $51.70 on an item I never received. I would like my money back. Please process this transaction.

      Purchased, online, four bottles of ******** Laundry Stain remover 31.5 ounces. Was charged to my credit card on July 23rd $20.39 for products. Soon after, received 4 bottles of ******** Laundry Stain Remover 21.5 ounces. Called customer service and spoke with ***** on July 27th at 1:40 pm and was told she would report incident to ******************* and I should receive response within 7-10 business days. Heard nothing. Called again and spoke with ******* on Aug 11th at 5:35 pm and was informed that she could see complaint on computer but it was not sent to Research department. Again, 7-10 business days. Now Oct 4th and have still not heard back from anyone. I am not going away. My hard earned money. At this time, I would like my money returned to my credit card and four new bottles of ******** Laundry Stain remover 31.5 ounces sent to me as payment for the amount of my time spent attempting to get my order corrected. As they say on social media, do better Rite Aid, do better!!!
