  I am a current resident at renaissance apartments and Ive have mice, ants, and ***** issues and Ive only been here 2 1/2 months shy of a year now. Ive also experienced plumbing issues in my tub where the pipes left black and brown debris behind. I came home some months back to witness my bathroom wall completely knocked out without my acknowledgment. I feel like ** being over charged for rent I was promised money off on my rent never received that. The ***************** in front office even accused, me of bringing rats, roaches, and ant to the facility when he knows its a complete lie they just dont want to take 100% responsibility for the poor maintenance and upkeep of the overall buildings. I have cracks and holes on the outside of my apartment building where the ants and some roaches are able to get into my apartment, Im very frightened by the mice and roaches. The vents in my apartment are very old which allows Rhotons to easily enter into my apartment. The locks on the main outside building and inside building dont have locks therefore anyone can get in. I have experienced solicitors who knocks on my door and Run which is very scary unsafe and creepy. Also, they are charging so much in rent but we have no access to the pool. The basketball court the lounging area the playground are unsuitable for children etc. Its very cold during the winter months in my apartment due to old rigged vents but yet they are cheap and will do nothing about it. Also maintenance never step foot into my apartment until about 4 to 5 months of me being here and I repeatedly put in work orders for my tub, plumbing issues, and etc. PLEASE HELP US PLEEEEASE??????

  I am sorry you are not having a good experience.  However, Steadfast Management Company has not managed this property since September 2020.  I suggest you identify your current property manager for assistance.

  IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN LIVING IN THE APARTMENT FOR A MONTH AND EVERYDAY SINCE IVE MOVED IN HAS BEEN A TOTAL DISASTER. THE INFESTATION OF THE **** TO THE BROKEN WATER PIPES $ PLENTY MUCH MORE. I JUST WANT TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER APARTMENT THEY WONT EVEN ACCOMMODATE THAT. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF A HEARTACHE DONT RENT UNDER THIS COMPANY !!!!!

  Since our appointment complex, Bennington Pond and their manager, Sandra Si***** wants to manipulate and erase negative reviews I am being forced to write mine here where it cannot be touched. We spent hundreds of dollars to plant flowers to make our area look good. Sandra S******, the Community Manager didn't even bother to inform the residents that they would be roofing which resulted in damage to all of the flower beds and expensive yard decor. Many tenants were upset because they were not informed and their pets were traumatized. We have also informed her that the yard crew sprays weed killer on the flowers and yet she is still doing nothing. Last year alone we lost over $400 in flowers. Both of these situations affected us, an elderly neighbor across the street and my parents that live next door as well. My parents worked hard to make their yard beautiful and now several of their flowers are completely destroyed. Yes, we rent, but we treat this as our home but obviously Management doesn't want tenants that care. The only time they care about the money we have paid to make it look good is when they use our homes as show places for investor visits.

  Please dear god dont close the pool again on the friday if a holiday weekend at **************** ********* **. Also....it is closed today..friday...for a stupid small rain we had and was told it was closed because of runoff....its above ground. Also...the grills have been closed every 4th of July weekend since 2018.Also...the grills are all out if wack and they need attention...I burned my eyebrows off one time last week to start the oy one out of 2 that works. They are filthy and need attention.

  STAY AWAY FROM ***************************!!! They are incredibly unsafe (4 murders alone during a single resident's lease) They leave residents with disabilities and elderly residents without heat for days In January and AC for well over a week on numerous occasions in the ******* heat causing multiple medical emergencies within a week for one resident with a disability and refusing to allow said resident to move without thousands and thousands of dollars in penalties even though their neglect has put said residents life in danger in numbers occasions. I hope you don't need to actually receive your mail or packages because the mailboxes are not secure and items are stolen directly from mailboxes and I was told directly from the property manager that they are aware of the theft's and are aware the cameras don't work. There are too many beautiful and safe options in our area to put your family in danger there. They DO NOT care about their residents health, safety or wellbeing!

  I am not one to ever do this and complain. I have just moved into one of the IRT Living complex **** ******* Lake Apartments in Dec 2022. I have put in a few work orders regarding my air conditioning not working. I put it in early when I realized that our air was not working on a few hot days in Feb 2023. The first time someone came out they came and looked at it said they will be back and this is after waiting almost month after my first work order was put in and calling several times. Then he never came back and closed the work order. I immediately put another one in and called a few times before I got an answer to let them know what happened. I called several times and left a few messages at no call back. Finally the same tech came back and had to over a few days, even had to take work off for this to ensure it gets fixed. He stated a electrician will need to come out it is not connecting to the outside unit and would need to speak to his supervisor. I let him know I will be home working the next 3 days and by Friday no one reached out and called the tech and he stated he will talk to his supervisor again and the electrician will be here Monday and let him know I will be here all day. Monday came and went no answer no follow up no conclusion on when someone will be out here. I then again called several times. leaving a msg on office line and emergency line with no call back again. My husband has congestive heart failure and kidney failure. He just got out of the hospital again for the 3 time a few weeks ago. I was trying to get this done early so that it is fixed before it is so hot here in GA you can not stand it. I have been very patient, considerate and kind. I have gave plenty of time to get this fixed on their time. I have only been here 4 months and have paid Rent every month on time and still nothing. Yesterday it was 90 degrees, 80 in apartment and today even hotter and its 9am in the morning and almost 85 in the apartment. Unacceptable. Horrible.

  Since this company has taken over the apartment complex has gone downhill and they hire incompetent people. I literally have to argue with the people in the leasing office about my townhouse and what is going on around me. They do not fix any issues or care about any concerns. A very rude boy by the name of ****** or ***** (they didn't want to give me his name) tried telling me how no one has assigned parking at the Residence and I explained to him multiple times that everyone that is leasing ************** has two parking spaces and he kept going back and forth with me until the manager sent him a message explaining that we do indeed have parking spaces that are exclusively ours. But not once did that lady get up and intervene until I raised my voice because her worker was raising his voice at me. I explained to her that it's not ok that she allows him to speak to people this way. And she should have stepped in sooner. I had a simple complaint about people parking in my spot, that turned into me a woman feeling threaten by a man that works where I live. IRT doesn't care about its residents or their well being. They just want the money and see us as dollar signs. I'm counting down the days that this lease is over. I wouldn't recommend ever leasing from this company.
