      I bought two sets of tires and other tire related stuff. The guys were helpful and prompt in their service. I will certainly shop there again .

      I received my order yes but I was treated so poorly in the store dealing with my order, I will not be back. I went to the store to purchase my helmet specifically because I was told I would get a discount on my item since I recently got my motorcycle endorsement. Since I couldnt find the helmet I wanted, the person who helped me said he could help me order it. First off-I was ignored until I was about to walk out. I showed him the helmet I wanted and how I came in to Cycle Gear because I wanted the discount. He didnt inform me that it was a special order and also pushed the sale through BEFORE telling me I couldnt get the 20% off I was told I would get. He did verify my address but never told me the cost before hitting enter on the sale. I had the helmet pulled up on their website so I could have done that myself but assuming he thought I was inept at doing so, he thought I needed him to do it. He got the sale so he didnt care. I also need to purchase tires, a motorcycle jacket and several other accessories which would have brought in about $1500-2000 in revenue for them but since I wasnt treated professionally, I wont be back. I guess since I am female, I wasnt smart enough to take care of it on my own. I am a frugal shopper, not an idiot shopper. Starting out as a new rider, its expensive to get all of the equipment needed, saving money in the process is important to me. Too bad they didnt care to take care of a new customer who would have continued to shop there for future purchases. I have dealt with the pink tax long enough to walk away when me and my wallet isnt appreciated. Too bad Cycle Gear in ********, ************, you have lost me as a future customer as well as the 4 other female riders I know who will not be back after hearing about my sale.

      I ordered new Grips for an 03' ***** VTX 180C, a bike that I've had issues with finding parts for. Looked at ************************ and found an exact fit replacement. Plus I signed up for their RPM program. Highly recommend that if you haven't already. Definitely going to be ordering more from them. Oh yeah and my grips shipped to the house super quick. Got them installed the other day and they feel great.

      all of the people there are very helpful. They made sure that my new helmet was a good fit for me and I am very happy with it. They installed the Cardo in it for me and made sure that everything was working good.that is why I like to shop at Cycle Gear in ****************.

      Great place to shop in person at the stores, or online. Great prices, and quality products. Shipping is really fast and I normally get stuff within 2days.Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

      The item was great and the shipping was fast. I would have given five stars, but the diagrams and instructions are questionable. I had to look online and find an installation video to make sure I was doing it right. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience shopping with Cycle Gear.

      have had such good experience with cycle gear and the delivery process. bought rpm membership and all of my packages have come within that time frame and have had no issues whatsoever ! rpm is worth it for sure.

      Received my Astar boots quickly. None of the local stores had the right size, so I had to order online, which I don't normally like to do, but everything went well! Great new boots!
